Increase positive brand association, appeal to a wide demographic and run a self managed platform where multiple campaigns can be listed.
Solution
Created a fully branded digital rewards platform. Each campaign rewarded customers with different levels of prizes, depending on the campaign. Prizes included: movie tickets, double Gold Class passes and a choice between 1 of 10 digital gift cards.
Results
Multiple campaigns seamlessly executed receiving increased customer satisfaction and reaching a diverse audience.
Product Launch
Challenge
Generate awareness of Dettol’s new product No Touch Hand Wash, using a relevant incentive with wide coverage across Australia and New Zealand.
Solution
Appealed to ‘Mums’ by leveraging the blockbuster children’s film Ice Age 4 – Continental Drift and offering a ticket to the film with every purchase made. This was communicated with key film imagery across all promotional materials.
Customers who purchased the participating product received a unique code which they took to a customised website to claim their ticket. There, customers were also asked to complete a survey providing Dettol with key information about their customer demographic.
Results
The campaign was an outstanding success generating 10,000+ entries and sales significantly exceeding expectations. The campaign was also delivered well within Dettol’s budget.
Fujitsu Gives Away Free Money
Challenge
Fujitsu was looking for a way to stimulate sales and increase demand for air conditioners during their traditionally off peak season.
Solution
Edge Loyalty worked closely with Fujitsu to create Fujitsu Free Money, rewarding customers with cash back gift cards when they purchased participating products.
We provided an end-to-end solution, from claim validation and fulfilment of gift cards to client account management, website development, customer service support and reporting.

The campaign received positive sales uplift in a competitive market place.

Offer a highly valued incentive to encourage Australians to switch their energy provider to Simply Energy.
Solution
Edge Loyalty developed a Gold Class movie ticket offer rewarding customers who took out an energy contract with Simply Energy during the promotional period. These tickets were delivered quarterly using our Fixed Fee Pricing Model, meeting budget and giving extreme cut through in a competitive product set.
Results
The movie ticket offer successfully increased acquisition and retention. Simply Energy experienced positive brand loyalty and reached a broad appeal.

Solution
Consumers who purchased the new NIVEA Q10 were offered their money back in the form of a branded eftpos Gift Card if they weren’t satisfied with results after 28 days. The promotion was insured utilising Edge Loyalty’s Fixed Fee Pricing to ensure NIVEA’s budget was protected with 100% of claims being covered.

Biggest Game of Musical Chairs
Challenge
Create a ground breaking campaign to celebrate Fantastic Furniture’s 25 years, drive in store traffic and become the brand everyone talks about.
Solution
Edge Loyalty and Fantastic Furniture created the musical chairs campaign. Customers that purchased a participating product during the promotional period went in the draw to play musical chairs. 101 participants were selected nation wide to play for the chance to win a $250,000 eftpos Gift Card.
The promotion was insured utilising Edge Loyalty’s Fixed Fee Pricing to ensure Fantastic Furniture’s budget was protected.
Results
A national campaign was televised on TV, reaching a broad appeal and received positive sales uplift.
Ultimate GWP
Challenge
Harvey Norman’s main objective was to drive sales across the peak EOFY period, encourage brand loyalty and reward customers with a gift they can treat themselves to.
Solution
Edge Loyalty worked closely with Harvey Norman to create their BONUS wine promotion; rewarding customers that spent $399+ with a 12-bottle case of their choice of Wolf Blass BILYARA Chardonnay, Shiraz or Sauvignon Blanc.
At point of sale the customer provided their email address and instantly received a redemption code via email. They were then directed to a fully branded website where they selected their preferred wine and completed their shipping details. Within 4 weeks of claiming their 12-bottle case they were delivered to their front door.
Results
The BONUS wine offer successfully increased sales, evoked positive brand loyalty and reached a broad demographic.
After another positive campaign, Harvey Norman continue to use Edge Loyalty as their promotional partner.
