Pérdida de eficacia del cribado a consecuencia de la vacunación
Las cohortes vacunadas experimentarán una reducción (50% +) en la prevalencia de las lesiones de CIN 2+ objeto de la práctica de cribado
- Reducción del valor predictivo positivo de la citología
- Aumento de los falsos positivos, sobre- diagnósticos y sobre-tratamientos
- Impacto negativo en el trabajo técnico y control de calidad (no anticipado en los test de VPH)
