Current Trends
MyiLibrary and Coutts Library Services are working with Libraries and Publishers to find innovative solutions in the transition from Print to Electronic.
Libraries can manage the online acquisition of print and electronic content through Coutts OASIS, the Online Acquisition and Selection Information System.
MyiLibrary Metadata is fed into OASIS enabling selection librarians to analyze available content and make purchasing decisions.
Librarians can also link straight through into MyiLibrary to enable them to view the titles before purchasing.
