there is no reason why you can`t find one you enjoy. Think outside the square; exercise

doesn`t have to be limited to running on the treadmill or riding a bike.

13- Use music to keep you entertained. Research has shown that listening to music while

exercising allows you to workout 25 percent longer. Fill your iPod up with your favorite

up-tempo tracks that will keep you working hard.

14- Make a conscious effort to add incidental exercise to everyday activities. Park further

away from the shops so you can walk that bit extra.

This is possibly the worst thing you can do to lose weight, as you will find when you go off crash

diet, you will probably put on more weight than what you started with. Crash diets promote

mainly water and muscle loss, which is exactly what you want to avoid, because the more muscle

you have, the higher your metabolism will be.
