Fact The case take place in 1997 to 1999 Bowen – white female, worked as case worker with

the DSS (Missouri Department of Social Services.) she is alleging that she is being racial discrimination,

by her supervisor Francine Lee “an African – American”.

The result is she has to resign her job with the fear of being harsh; but Lee just suspension by the company.

Upon leaving the office at one evening, Bowen told Lee: Good night, Fracine

When Bowen brought a pound cake to share with co - worker

In loud and threaten voice, Lee respond: You kiss my ass, you white bitch.

Lee discovered: threw it on the floor and said: “Oops”; then step on it again and said : “Oops.”

Through the graph we can see that race has higher percentage which also consider that race is issue still a major concern throughout all the discrimination.
