In many manufacturing processes of plastic materi-als, vibrating-channel feeders play a pivotal role: they weigh and adjust the exact percentage of each compo-nent ! owing into the process.The vibrating-channel feeders of the DVM series have been designed to automatically and accurately dose master, additives, plastic materials in granulated and ! ake form used with single-screw and bi-screw extrud-ers.

The feeder consists of:• a solid and compact frame that permits installing

from 2 to 8 dosing stations;• stations installed on load cells with vibrating chan-

nels ranging from 50mm to 300mm in width ensur-ing a high-precision dosing;

• pneumatic butter! y and knife slide gates ranging from 100mm to 300mm in diameter;

• S7 300 Siemens PLC with a dedicated weighing board and a colour touch screen operator interface.

ADDED VALUE:• Fast colour change and cleaning thanks to a com-

plete accessibility to the unit.

• Custom-made weighing system.

• Ideal for installations on single-screw and bi-screw

extruders.

• The weight-in-loss system shows the composition

of the recipe and the actual consumption.
