Tool Using reason Specification
Manifold gauge
•R410A is composed H-F-C as different as R22 is composed C-F-Cl.•Don't use mineral oil when gauge pressure to prevent contamination.•Only for R410A.
•High pressure gauge : -0.1~5.3㎫•Low pressure gauge : -0.1~3.8㎫•Connection port diameter : 5/16 flare•No oil used
Manifoldcharginghose
•Change in service port diameter•R410A has high pressure as compared with R22.•It should be made of materials are not affected a using refrigerant.
•Working pressure : 5.08㎫•Bursting pressure : 25.4㎫•Connection port diameter : 5/16 flare
Vacuum pump
•R410A is used with a ploy ester oil but a vacuum pump uses a conventional mineral oil.
•The degree of vacuum is 5torr Need a check valve to prevent re -verse oil flow if using a conventional vacuum pump
Flaring Tool
•Need a flare gauge for R410A.•When using a conventional flare tool, the pipe extension margin should be 1.0~1.5mm or 1.5~2.0.
Torque spanners
•R410A has high pressure as compared with R22. •Increase a connecting torque.
*Adding a proper torque to the pipe using R410A when connect pipes to flare nuts.
Refrigerantoil
•Coat the connection with refrigerant oil film. If not, leakage is possible because of the pressure of R410A.•Coat after flare work on pipe connection.
•All refrigerants are available as using a synthetic oil•High rust resistance •Long stability over long period time
Gas leak tester
•Since R410A don't have chlorine, the tester must can detect Hydrogen.
•R410A,R407C(E),R404A,R507A,R134a,R12,R22,R502,R500 are detected.•Available in the range of 0 to 40 .℃
