all food and beverage (beer, wine, non-alcoholic) is subject to a state sales tax at 8%.
Liquor is subject to 13% sales tax.
Event space rental is subject to 6% sales tax.
Guest rooms are subject to 10% sales tax.

all banquet functions are subject to a 23% service charge and is taxable at 6%.

if the national weather service is predicted at 40% or more a weather decision must be made with the resort catering manager. Final weather calls must be made at least 4-hours prior to an event depending on setup.
EVENT DETaiLS
Final menu selections must be made at least 3-weeks prior to the wedding to ensure proper ordering and staffing of your event with the most up to date number of guests attending the wedding.
The final guarantee is due in writing 72-hours prior to the event and within 10% of the guest count. This is the number that all charges will be based on.

DEPoSiTS & BiLLiNG
14 days prior to your event, 100% of the estimated Master account will be due, less previously submitted deposits which will be credited toward the overall event costs. Should your event go over the amount pre-paid, our accounting department will charge the credit card on file the day after your event. you will receive a final copy of your bill within 2-weeks of your event.
