Walnut cakeIngredients:
150g of crushed walnuts +8 whole walnuts150g of sugar100g of butter1 pinch of salt
3 big eggs75g of flour
For the topping=115g of chocolate and 25g of butter
Heat the oven to 200°C.Grind the walnuts with a grinder. Add 75g of sugar.
Mix well.Melt the butter and add the rest of the sugar .Mix with the walnuts and add the
eggs one by one , then the flour.
Butter the cake tin ( diameter 25 cm ).Pour the preparation 20 min into the oven. Once the cake is baked, melt 25g of butter with the chocolate . Spread on top of the cake
