Use the SEARCH box in the middle of the Millennium window to search and retrieve a
BIB with all of its attached records.
MAIN MENU essentially the same for all Millennium modules. (See handout).
QUICK EDIT MODE
Retrieve the correct bib, then click on the EDIT button (toolbar) to edit the BIB record.
From the SUMMARY tab you can locate or create ITEM, ORDER & CHECKIN records.
From the RECORD tab you can edit them.
Here is EDIT Window in Millennium. To
navigate in the Bib record click on a field
or use the TAB button.
Buttons at the top of the Edit screen let you Save, Print,
Insert or Delete variable fields, Undo or Redo actions
and Close the record.
