Long, long ago there was a farmer in possession of a farm. He was a lazy man who always wanted to get something for nothing.
One day, while working, he saw a rabbit running towards him at a fast speed. Without noticing the tall tree which stood beside the farmer, the rabbit kept running and bumped against it. Feeling surprised and pleased, the farmer picked up the rabbit, which had already died, and cooked it. “It must be a magical tree that can bring me rabbits to eat!” the farmer thought.
So he left his farm behind and waited beside the tree under which the rabbit was found dead, hoping to get more rabbits.
Day after day, however, no rabbits came. The farmer died of hunger in the end.
