and create preconditions orthe signing o an AssociationAgreement with the Euro-pean Union, according toPACEs written declarationNo. 554, signed by Europeanlawmakers on October 1.
We welcome the con-tinuing eorts o the Ukrain-ian authorities towards the
implementation o reormsundertaken to meet its ob-ligations and commitmentswithin the membership othe Council o Europe andthe creation o preconditionsor the signing the Asso-ciation Agreement with the
European Union, the docu-ment reads.

year while new companies are openingtheir R&D oces in Ukraine. Aer therecent tax exemption legislation orsoware development companies hasbeen accepted, such global vendorsas Google, Microso, Samsung, andHuawei expressed interest in establish-ing R&D centres in Ukraine.
Te industry actively penetratesinto dierent regions. All leadingcompanies are extending their ocenetworks to the main regional centres.A range o new companies appeared in

Ukraine still boasts the most im-pressive gap in Europe between GDPper capita in the country and GDP percapita in the soware developmentindustry. Tis could be an important

EuroBasket 2015 qualierswill be held in six Ukrainian cit-ies: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Donetsk,Dnipropetrovsk, and Odesa.Tere will be teams rom 24 Eu-ropean countries that will have
