We seek your cooperation in ensuring that your child/ward is present during the periods of assessment for ALL subjects. If your child/ward is absent for an assessment, his/her subject teacher will arrange for a make-up session. However, the make-up will count only as a practice paper, and not as part of the SA1 assessment. Marks will be pro-rated for pupils who submit their medical certificate (MC). A mark of zero will be given for pupils who are absent without a reason deemed valid by the school. Please do not hesitate to discuss with the Form or Subject teacher of your child/ward should you have any concerns regarding his/her learning progress. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter by returning the acknowledgement slip to your child’s/ward’s form teacher. Yours sincerely Mr Koh Chin Thong Martin Principal
