• Currently responsible as the lead project manager for the TA/Petro construction program inscope walking, bidding, and executing 44 full site remodels Nationwide in 2015 totaling6.3 million in revenue.
• Currently managing 2 assistant project managers, 5 superintendents, 4 CAD drafters and 6construction crews.
• Major accounts include TA/Petro, Bridgestone/Firestone, Morgan Tires, 7-Eleven and Walmart. • Successfully managed 11 full site remodels for Bridgestone/Firestone in 2014 that resulted in a

Fleet Account Executive/Business Coordinator Southwest International Trucks, Fort Worth, TX 2011–2013 Responsibilities and accomplishments:
• Worked directly with Oracle Corporation in order to implement a CRM customer relationshipmanagement software system across 85 users at 5 Dallas/Fort Worth area dealerships.
• Directed corporate marketing initiatives throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan areaand assessed market trends while promoting product awareness.

Minit‐Mart Gas Stations, Lexington, KY/Kansas City, KS (2015‐2016): Lead project
manager for 18 store 2.7 million dollar re‐branding/remodeling initiative to include
design, drafting millwork, carpentry, points‐of‐sale relocation, data installation,
mechanical installation/fuel line relocation, acoustical, electrical, plumbing, graphics and
lighting all while the sites remain in operation.
TA/Petro Travel Centers, Nationwide, USA (2013‐2016): Lead project manager
responsible for completing over 72 full site remodels Nationwide, earning more than 8.6
million dollars over the last 36 months. Project scopes include design, drafting, millwork,
carpentry, points‐of‐sale relocation, data installation, mechanical installation/fuel line
relocation, acoustical, electrical, plumbing, graphics and lighting all while the locations
remained in operation.
Country Pride Restaurants, Baytown, TX/Baton Rouge, LA (2014‐2015): Managed
restaurant re‐models to include installation of new equipment in kitchen areas,
millwork, lighting, acoustical, flooring, carpentry , data, HVAC, painting and fixture
installation, all while locations remained in operation.
Firestone Complete Auto Care, Miami, FL (2014): Lead project manager for 12 store 1.4
million dollar remodeling initiative in the Florida market during Q4 to include millwork,
carpentry, flooring, fixture installation, painting exterior/interior, and acoustical, all
while the sites remained in operation.
Hibdon Tires Plus, Oklahoma City, OK (2013): Lead project manager for 14 store 1.7
million dollar rebranding/remodeling initiative. Project scoped included, all millwork
installation, carpentry, flooring, fixture, data, and painting of interior/exterior, all while
locations remained in operation.
7 Eleven Gas Stations: Chicago, IL (2013): Managed 11 store, full site remodels earning
2.3 million dollars in revenue. Project scopes include design, drafting, millwork,
carpentry, points‐of‐sale relocation, data installation, mechanical installation/fuel line
relocation, acoustical, electrical, plumbing, graphics and lighting all while the locations
remained in operation.
Southwest International, Dallas‐Fort Worth, TX (2012): Promoting and implementation
of Customer relationship management (CRM) software systems over 7 locations
throughout the DFW Metroplex. Worked alongside Oracle for 9 months while designing
and commissioning program for over 100 users.
