Menze l's response con finned that it removed emissions control devices from six vehicles. II is a violation of Section 203(a >(J )I Al of the CA.'\. 42 U.S.C. § 752'.!(a)IJ )( t\) to tamper with EPA-certified vehicles and engines. Based mi mfonnation summarized below. EPA finds that Rcsponde111 has committed 5 violations of Section 203(a)(3) of the CAA. 42 U.S.C. & 7522(a)(3).
