UTANGULIZI

Mpango wa kimataifa wa viwango vya chakula kwa wenye matatizo ya kumeza “The InternationalDysphagiaDietStandardisationInitiative(IDDSI)”ulizinduliwamwaka2013kwamadhumuniyakuanzishaistilahinaufafanuzimpyawakimataifakuelezeaurekebishajiwauepesiwavyakulanauzitowavinywajivinavyotumiwanawatuwalionamatatizoyakumezawaumriwowote,katikampangiliowahudumayeyote,nautamaduniwowote.

Miakamitatumfululizoyakaziiliyofanywanakamatiyakimataifayaviwangovyavyakulakwawatuwenyematatizoyakumeza,imetoanakalayamwishoyamfumowaviwangovyavyakulakwawatuwenyematatizoyakumezaambaounahatuazaviwango8,kuanziahatuayachinimpakajuu(0-7).Viwangohivyovinatambulikakwakutumianamba,maandishinarangi.

NakalahiiinatoamaelekezoyaviwangovyotevyaIDDSIkwaundanizaidi.Vielelezivinadhihirishwananjiarahisizavipimoambazozinawezakutumiwanawatuwenyematatizoyakumeza,wahudumu,madaktari,wataalamuwahudumazachakula,amaviwandakuthibitishaviwangovyavyakulavinavyofaa.
