MPD Steak Kitchen is the perfect meat-ing spot for your next group booking. We have set menus for groups with 12 or more guests, ranging between $65-$95 per person or let our chefs take you on a culinary experience with several of their exquisite signature dishes.

NUMBERS
Final food and beverage choices must be confirmed 7 days prior to the date of the function. Final number of guests must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the date of the function.
FOOD & BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION
External catering is prohibited at MPD. Birthday cake by agreement with the function coordinator is the only exception to this. MPD Steak Kitchen is a fully licensed venue and practices Responsible Service of Alcohol and is bound by the laws of the State. Patrons must abide by the conditions of Liquor License of the venue. MPD Steak Kitchen reserves the right to refuse the supply of alcohol to any guests attending the function without liability.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
Credit card details are required to guarantee your booking and if necessary extra charges will be charged to the credit card if there are outstanding accounts that are not paid on the date of function. For all private dining or full venue hire, card details will be taken at time of booking. All credit card details are held by a third party holding facility named Pin Payments (find out more visit https://pin.net.au/). Any additional guests over the confirmed number will be charged on the day at the manager’s discretion as well as any additional purchases.
CANCELLATION FEE
Cancelation within 24 hours prior to the function or “No Show” of function will incur a $100 charge to the credit card provided at booking. Private Catering - Your deposit will be taken as a cancellation fee if your event is cancelled within 7 days prior to function date.
RESPONSIBILITY
The function host is financially responsible for any damage caused to MPD Steak Kitchen or theft which is caused by a function guest prior to/during or at the conclusion of the function. No decorations are to be attached to walls and windows without the prior consent of Management.
DRESS CODE
All function guests are to be dressed in neat attire – smart casual. MPD Steak Kitchen does not allow thongs or tank tops. It’s the hosts responsibility to inform their guests prior to function otherwise Management have the right to refuse entry.
SECURITY
Depending on the type function booked, Management will determine if security is required. You may also choose to have our security at your cost. Security or management reserves the right to exclude or remove any guests from the venue without liability. Management reserves the right to close the venue at any time without warning and within reasoning
AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT
MPD Steak kitchen has a wide range of suppliers for function & corporate equipment. Please speak to our reservations team for our preferred supplier list for recommended contacts.
VENUE ACCESS
Venue access is permitted 3 hours prior to the event start time for set up of any equipment. If the venue/function space is available during the day an earlier time may be arranged.
PARKING
There is car park space at the entrance of MPD Steak Kitchen. Guest enter via the entry door and follow it through the red strobe light entrance through the large draped curtains. Parking is at no cost.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
There is no wheelchair access to the mezzanine area.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Only background music may be played unless the venue has been hired out completely.
DELIVERIES
All deliveries must be clearly marked and directed to MPD Reservations Department. All equipment must be collected on conclusion of the function.
