2015-present- Service Delivery Operations Manager for a BPO, AO,

IO contract for a chemical client divestiture. Accountable for delivery

across Customer Care, Supply Chain, and AR teams located in three

delivery centers across the globe. Responsible for OTC business

process design and key stakeholder education and training.

Developed solutions to help meet client revenue targets and growth

goals. Managed over 40 resources across BPO, AO and client

teams.

2014-2015- Tower Lead responsible for managing the mobilization of

the Customer Care BPO teams and the ERP OTC project

implementation team for a chemical client during divestiture.

Completed a successful go-live in an unprecedented BPO/AO/IO

contract to enable client to become a standalone company in less

than four months.

2012 – Accompanied client leadership to SAPPHIRE conference

2011-2014 – PMO lead and OTC lead on an AO contract for a natural

resources client. Responsible for developing and implementing

project KPIs and reporting to client and contract delivery lead.

Managed onshore and offshore OTC team of 15 resources through

several projects, including a client bankruptcy

2008-2010 – Key project team member on an ERP OTC team during

successful SAP integration project for a natural resources client

completing a merger.
