Step 1: Login
• Login at http://Topo.ly
Step 2: Create Map
• Click “Create New Map”

• Name your map

• Click “Add new data set” to add locations from Excel to your map
Step 2: Create Map
• Name the data you are adding to the map• You can add many data sets (or layers)
to the map
• Copy data from Excel.• Be sure your spreadsheet columns have
any of the following headers:– Name– Address– City– State– Postal Code

• Paste data into Topo.ly and click Continue• It’ll look a little funny but don’t worry

• After locations are processed, click “Finish”
Step 3: Visualize!
• You’re done with your map!• Here’s a tour of what you can do…

• Click on your location to see all your spreadsheet information

• Click “Map” in top right corner to see a map view rather than satellite view

• Click on the icon to change it’s color

• Click the filter icon to narrow your view by any value from any of your spreadsheet columns

• For example, click on the High Sales filter to show locations with high sales

• Click on the data icon to see your spreadsheet data of all your locations

• Click “Share” to share your map with anyone
Step 3: Visualize!
• Click “Add/Remove” to add more data layers to your map
Step 3: Visualize!
• Drag the Street View Icon to your map to see the street view near your location
