Planning to publication: a simple process
Planning
We liaise with you and your advisers and research your
analyst coverage to compile a draft Q&A that aims to ask
the questions that facilitate your key messages that are
material to the content of your announcement. After
some collaboration, we provide you with the Q&A a few
days in advance of your announcement.
Technical
We liaise with your technical contact weeks in advance
to arrange publication of the video. We host a video
page that is linked-through from your website and
publish a ‘coming soon’ clip.
Filming
Filming takes one hour at the London Stock Exchange.
We use a three-camera cold lit studio and a production
gallery complete with producer, gallery director, sound
operator and technicians.
Editing
We live vision mix your video as we film. We then
finesse it in the edit for approximately two hours.
Signoff
You or your advisers can sign off your interview
based on the live vision mix, or we can bring the
final edit to you to sign off later on filming day.
Publication
As soon as your RNS goes live on announcement
day, we published the videos.
Feedback
One week after filming, we provide a detailed
feedback report including viewing number, viewer
behaviours and origination, click through rates and
qualitative feedback directly from your analysts.
