Tie Outs In the Yards
Regulations in Tie Outs Tie outs will be pre-assigned by STATE.
It is up to each state how they wish to handle stalling in tie outs. No tents
No porta cools
We are allowing generators and fans in tie outs this year – however we going to require that all generators be placed in specific pens marked for generators. We strongly recommend that fans be on brackets above cattle like you would do in the barn.
Please use heavy duty industrial cords for all generators and fans.
Tie outs will be pre bedded with same bedding that is provided in the barn. You will need wheel barrows and forks to spread where you want to stall cattle.
Stalling
NO GENERATORS are allowed in or around the barns
Bark bedding is provided in the barn.
Wash racks are located throughout the barns
Please take note that the state exhibitor list that is posted on the resource page is your reference for stalling
We have allowed for 4.98 feet per head and have not included tack areas in the stalls.

The Stadium Arena and stalling barns are not air conditioned. Stadium Hall on Level 2 and the National Western Club are air conditioned.
No scooters or hoover boards in and around the barns. All golf carts and utility vehicles must stay out of the barns and will require an official permit that may be purchased from the show office or at people check-in on Sunday morning.
Regulations in Barn
Stalling assignments are pre-assigned by STATE ADVISOR – Exhibitors will be instructed to see their state advisor before making beds.
Once again: No porta cools No dogs, expect properly identified service animals
No parking around barns, all trucks and vehicles will need to park in the lots to the East of the barns or in Lot C in the Yards. To make feed deliveries or drop offs at the stalls you will need to obtain a temporary permit at Gate 5 to enter grounds.
Regulations in Barn
In an effort to keep space and electricity in the barns for cattle we have coordinated a state tailgate area to the northwest of the barns in the “Triangle.
States that set up for the tailgate Monday night are able to stay there all week if they wish as a hospitality and meal area for their states.
Electricity will be provided if they have requested it on the sign up forms
