to handle HR operations starting from recruitment and
ending with retirement including all the functions and
processes which related for the employee life cycle within
the company from Human capital management
perspective. Talento is dedicated to provide the tools to

Employee Profile: A comprehensive employee profile that covers all needed information
from both personal and financial perspectives, the profile is distributed over two categories
with different access levels for security purposes, it covers information like General Info,
Education, Addresses, Contacts, References, Documents, Children, Skills, Family, Dependents,
Experiences along with complete financial profile...etc.
Job Classification and Career Path: The job classification module enables the user to
define and classify jobs into groups and types. The HRM can build job descriptions defining all
job requirements, detailed skills and
responsibilities. The HRM can also build
career paths that encompasses both
the employee's desired destination
and the steps, experience, and
development he or she will need to
make progress on the journey. A

ESS Request Management: ESS Request Management module provides monitoring and
reply services (by rejecting or accepting) all requests made by the employee via the
employee self-service ESS Portal. ESS Request Management is considered the link between the
human resource management system and ESS.
Report Generator: Talento includes hundreds of default reports that can be customized
using the report designer that gives you complete control over every detail of a report. Reports
can be exported to PDF, Word, Excel or Text and can be emailed using the built-in email
control. Default criteria allow filtering of reports in many different ways. Criteria for a specific
report can be saved so you don’t have to keep changing it each time you run the report
Energy Management: Human energy is an affective experience that includes a sense of
positive arousal, eagerness to act, and the capability of acting. It is a “reinforcing experience
that people enjoy and seek” and that is reflected in the individual experience of vitality and
lack of fatigue. This module enables management to manage the organization’s total energy
(spiritual, physical, mental and emotional) resulting in a more effective and efficient workforce.
Surveys: A survey is a method of collecting and analyzing data. This module is designed to
build models of studies and questionnaires that need to be applied to employees, such as the
degree of satisfaction of staff working for the company. Questionnaires are distributed to all or
a random sample of employees. Then, and through feedback from the sample, management
can identify gaps, "if any" and come up with solutions for them.
Task Scheduling: This module is designed to schedule tasks and to follow-up the “user of the
system” to complete all scheduled work in the time specified: such as calculation of salaries,
vacations accrual, issuing bank statements, issuing certified payroll etc. The Scheduler reminds
the user of each task at the scheduled date and time.
Event Triggers: The module allows users to attach triggers to any report and schedule that
report to be automatically generated at a particular time and date and then sent as an email
to the specified recipient. So users and managers are never stuck waiting for information, for
example: the system can automatically send a report to the Director every day at 10 am with
the names of staff latecomers. This module is an important element in the time management
process of all HR users.
Reminders: The module allows users to attach email reminders to particular events. It is used
to remind employees and managers of events such as passport expiry dates, formal holidays,
vacation balances, important documents and contract renewals or when an employee
completes their probation period. Predefined letter templates can be used for these
reminders.
Recruitment: Talent management is a vital part of the growth of any organization. However,
recruiting is an administratively intense function that requires a significant amount of time.
Creating job descriptions, promoting them, vetting resumes, scheduling interviews, and
negotiating offers all require a meticulous attention to detail. It's a function that can ideally be

Employee Profile: It provides a comprehensive personal and financial employee profile
separated into two personal profile that includes all employee personal information and
consisting of around 12 subpages to cover all personal information including employment
information, skills, courses, files, and many other details, the other profile is concerned with
employee financial information which has been separated to support different access for
users, it keeps all financial details related for the employee like salary package including basic
salary amount and allowances, bank information and other details.
Earning and Deductions: A set of forms that enable the user to define and record regular
and periodical earnings and deductions. The system facilitates many ways to handle these
transactions (by employee, as bulk transactions, importing from spread sheets, or mass
transactions).
Salary Scale: it is a part of the structured Salario system in which pay is based on the
educational and experiential requirements for a given job. The range includes a minimum pay
level and a maximum pay level for a given job, and an employee's actual pay falls somewhere
with that range.it enables the HR to define levels of salary scale whereas they can define salary
scale details such as basic salary, allowances, vacations, tickets and other benefits, defined
with its own package number. When the employee is defined on a certain level of the salary
scale he/she inherits all salary scale benefits automatically.
Health Insurance: Health Insurance module enables the user to define various scales of
health insurance in accordance with different business rules and deductions that is defined by
the company, it has direct affect to payroll calculation according to the defined health
insurance policies.

Leave Management: Leave management is one of the most important HR processes, which
consume a significant portion of managerial time. Although this does not take too much time,
approving leaves is a delicate balancing act. On one hand, HR has to ensure compliance with
leave policy and ensure availability of sufficient resources for business continuance, while on
the other it has to improve employee satisfaction. Most of us have witnessed bitter manager-
employee relation on issuing of leaves making leave management a strategic task for the
organization, this module enables the HR to define different types of vacations and leaves
while applying business rules and deductions according to labor law. It is integrated with the
time attendance system to reduce time and increase manpower utilization accuracy, it also
linked with user defined approval cycle, it supports all types of leaves like annual, maternity.

Payroll Processing: Payroll processing consist of calculation of payments to employees for
their work in the company – whether it is based on time or productivity, calculation of benefits,
and statutory deductions. Payroll needs to be processed by each company periodically. It
may be processed weekly, bimonthly, monthly or daily (for daily wage workers). It is a
complicated process that varies from company to company. Each company may have its
own payroll structure consisting of various payroll components that may be unique to that
company only. In addition, many location specific laws such as labor welfare act, Payment of
salary and wages act, and the Minimum wages act affect the payroll calculations. Under
minimum wages act, the employees need to be given some mandatory salary components
such as Basic, Housing, and Transportation. Payroll processing involves accurate payroll
calculations, disbursal, payslip generation, and managing GOSI and record keeping
compliance. It ensures that employees do not get erroneous paychecks and all statutory
compliances are met. It starts from entering/importing employee monthly transactions
(Overtime/Leaves/Vacations/Loans/Increase/other deductions etc...) ending with the salary
calculation, the system provides the suitable and user friendly tools to achieve this process
quickly and accurately.
Tickets: This module is designed to help the HR to configure all types of airline tickets and
prices based on ticket specifications. Tickets can be included in the salary scale setup. The HR
can also find ticket prices through the ESS tickets web service.
EOS Calculation: The end of service indemnity module gives the HR the ability to define types
of indemnity. Indemnity types available are compatible with any company business rules and
in accordance with government regulations. This module is flexible and gives the HR the ability
to conduct any later changes might happened directly into the system and without experts
needs.
Integrations Facility: Salario provides various integration facilities,
it is mainly designed to integrate with different ERPs and financial
systems through dedicated module for accounting
vouchers whereas the user has the ability to define
the accounting structure for the vouchers
according to their financial accounts, the

voucher on regular basis and according to

TAMPO is a specialized time and attendance management system that helps to automate
company employee time management and time tracking related processes including logging
employee hours worked and exporting data into the payroll system. It helps organizations
eliminate paperwork and manual processes associated with time and attendance. It can be
integrated with any type of time clock terminals. TAMPO defines one or more shift types
determined either by time, type of work or employee, and includes start and end times, time
offs, breaks and week-ends. Processing of leaves and overtime and calculation of exact
number of hours worked is central to the shift management. TAMPO provides a link to the
payroll system so all transactions can be imported either manually or automatically.

At this stage the customer team acknowledges that they do not yet have the detailed knowledge of
product capabilities required to effectively map complex business processes against product functionality. As the client team becomes more aware of these capabilities, they will become better able to architect innovative solutions to identified business problems. With that in mind, the implementation may, to some extent, evolve through the life of the project and this evolution cannot be effectively planned for at this stage. Any cost estimates are to deliver the solution as discussed to date and the client accepts this may change as the project proceeds.
1. Due to the limited nature of the information at our disposal this estimate is offered in good faith, errors
and omissions excepted and as a budgetary estimate to support the procurement process.
2. All training costs assume we operate a "train the trainer" approach. This involves educating super users who then take responsibility for training the rest of the team up to the required standard.
3. The business is able to bend and mold its process and ways of working to allow implementation of
the HRMS software without any modification of the underlying code, database structure or process flows.
4. The client management team has a solid understanding of their own business in terms of processes and system requirements and is able to articulate these to our consultants in a way that allows us to build a viable system.
5. No special efforts have been estimated here for any special reports apart from the ones provided as standard in the system.

Customer support organization includes highly trained professionals, all of whom have the broad knowledge base required to resolve customer inquiries accurately and quickly. Our customer support
staffs have expert understanding of all applications, Microsoft technology and operating systems.
The Maintenance shall not include any other software, networks, hardware, Data Backup, connections or electrical current.
Maintenance Service will start from the date of finishing the implementation and will be valid for 12 months effectively from the starting date mentioned above.

Implementation will not be included in the Annual Maintenance contract, and any additional implementation will be charged separately.

The AMC will cover Software changes required due to version change on the client/ server side development tools, system recovery due to failures, data correction and manipulation in case of failures and user support in case of technical difficulties. All of these services will be provided for the Software only and not for the hardware, networking or the RDBMS server.
The Annual Maintenance for the product will be charged at a percentage of the license as detailed in the commercial proposal. The AMC period shall start from the date of expiry of the warranty period. The AMC shall be payable in advance for the AMC year after the warranty period.
