Bucket HugTo begin, first place your hand on your
belly and take two deep breaths. Then,
you will put your arms behind your back
and slowly bring them straight out in
front of you. Next, you will wrap your
arms around yourself to give yourself a
hug. While hugging yourself, lean to the
left, lean to the right, bend forward, and
lean back. When you are finished,
release your arms from the hug.
