• Eligibility
– Rated must be able to enter training prior to age 30.
– Non-rated must be commissioned prior to age 35.
– Age eligibility waivers will not be considered.
– Bachelor’s degree (can apply 1 year before graduation)

ASCP/*SOAR 1. Be a US citizen & must Commission by age 30

• At least 24 hrs of graded college course work w/at least a 3.0 GPA
• Minimum ACT composite score of 26 or
• SAT combined Reading and Math score of 1180 or
• AFOQT Academic Aptitude score of 57

Professional Officer Course-Early Release Program (POC-ERP)
1. Be a US citizen & must commission by age 30 (up to 35 w/waiver)
2. Must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA,
3. Able to complete degree in 2 yrs. & considered a full time student by
the university
4. Bachelor & Commissioning Req. completed in 2yrs as AFROTC
cadet (2nd Bachelor’s or Graduate Degrees are not authorized)

Eligibility• Applicants must attend a school that:
– Has an AFROTC detachment on campus (Host School) or a AFROTC detachment with a “cross-town” agreement with a host school.
– Can be completed in 24 months– The tuition and fees do not exceed $15,000 per academic year
• Applicants must maintain cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale per semester.• Applicants must have completed 59 semester hours of graded college coursework from
regionally accredited college or university• Applicants must have completed the following courses as part of the 59 hours.

Senior Leader Enlisted Commissioning Program (SLECP)
• SLECP - Allows designated AF Leaders to directly select
exceptionally performing-highly talented enlisted members for
commissioning through OTS
– SLECP-O: Currently Possess Bachelor’s Degree and meet all other
requirements for OTS
– SLECP-A: Within 3 years of Bachelor’s Degree; will remain on AD while
attending an accredited school with an ROTC attachment (for management
purposes only), then will attend OTS

Air Force Officer Qualifying Test(AFOQT)
• Required for entry into commissioning programs
