At Carolyn, we start with a 2-3 hour consultation.
From here, the sky’s the limit….
Your client may be very hands on, take care of everything needed and have the property ready for photos by the next day
Your client may need a little more hand holding, maybe a couple more hours with a single stager to pack things up and move things around.

With each listing we offer a Staging Consultation. This is a 2 - 3 hour
service that includes a detailed report listing our staging recommendations.
This list can be completed completely or partially by the homeowner or we can be brought in to finish it out.

Quick Stage
The Quick stage is a 3-4 hour service where the Carolyn Crew will start by packing the clients personal items in
new boxes to be left on site for Sellers to store for their new home.
Rearrangement of furniture to create the optimal state to show off the beauty and openness of the space.

This is the stage where we begin to physically alter the space.
Repainting of some or all of the interior and/or exterior of the home.
