• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

• 1 tbsp. coconut flour

• 1 tbsp. Nuts N’ More peanut butter

1 Pop all ingredients into a blender and whizz together until smooth and batter like.2 Melt some Lucy Bee Coconut Oil in a flat pan.3 Using a ladle, spoon a little mixture into the middle and cook until bubbles appear on top.4 Flip, and cook for a further few minutes to ensure the pancakes are cooked through.5 Serve with a drizzle of your favourite Guilt Free Syrup and fruit.
