Thank your for your participation. My envolvment with BH Biz park has been very exciting to me both as a Board member and the Assocition management, simply because there is such huge opportunity here.
Before we start, I like to briefly introduce the Association Management Team. My guess is that you all know Carrie. Carrie has extensive background in real estate and property
management and with her good taste is making a marked difference already. The only problem is that she keeps coming up with these neat ideas which are rather upsetting, because they just mean added work to our plate.D A hi i UCLA b i h l l i d k d f l t t d l t fi Dean Aynechi is a UCLA business school alumni and worked for a real estate development firm as Director of Marketing until last year before joining AyZar. He basically heads our Marketing initiatives and will give you a run down of some ideas on how to re-brand and enhance the park. We will have Dean only until September when he will be staring his law school in DC. So, I intent to use him to the max while we have him and I recommend you do the same.y
Leyla is our an architecture student at Cal Poly Pomona and available for your architectural needs at hugely comeptitive rates. You can find her info on BH Biz web site.
Robert is our IT guru and a Disney IT veteran. if you need a whole network set up for your business or just trouble shooting your IT problems, he is the go to go and can be contacted through the website. If he is good for Disney, he is definitely good for me.
And last, but definitely not least, we have Rogerio Delgado. Roger has been with BH for over 12 years and has literally put his hear and soul into the park and I think I speak for everyone when I say we feel very fortunate to have his here at park. So, if we can all have a round of applause for Roger for his dedicated serviceRoger for his dedicated service.
Now, without further due, Wow, I don’t know about you, but I really would like to have my business there……
