KESIMPULAN
• Kaunselor harus menggunakan semaksima mungkin kemahiran kaunseling dalam
menggunakan intervansi krisis ini.
• Kaunselor seharusnya mengkaji dengan lebih mendalam terhadap komunikasi bukan
lisan yang dipaparkan oleh klien semasa dalam sesi kaunseling.

KESIMPULAN
• Kaunselor harus mengembleng segala sistem sokongan yang ada di sekeliling
untuk membantu klient.
• Kaunselor juga harus bertindak sebagai mediator dan tidak bersifat ‘side-sided’
