When you are using the elements discussed above to create alanding page, keep in mind that you don’t have to use everysingle one to create a high converting page. Just look at thislanding page. It converts at 72%, which is extremely high. I wasable to do this by not using elements such as trust seals or anysort of video/image.

No matter what anyone tells you, there is no cookie cutterformula to create a high converting landing page. What worksfor one site may not work for another. So you will have to A/Btest your landing page to maximize your conversion rate.

If you don't think you have the capability of creating a landingpage or don't have the slightest clue on how to even set oneup, than you might want to use a service that creates landingpages for you that you can use. I've seen some of my marketing

friends use www.leadpages.net to create instant capture pages. There is a monthly fee associated with this ($37/month).

Another option is to plug into a system that already has landingpages that are tested out and have a high converting rate. Theguys over at Empower Network are always creating new highconverting landing pages and sales funnels.

Also, I was fortunate enough to partner up with the ProsperityTeam. Now this team of elite marketers have created their ownsales funnel complete with highly converting landing pages.

This one actually is inline with what Neil Patel suggested in hisblog post with regards to eliminating any images/videos on thecapture page.

Because I already had a Wordpress Blog in place, I found aplug-in called "Lead Gorilla". This plug-in came with manypre-made landing pages, and it also tracks the conversionsright from within Wordpress.

I like these pages because it was just a one time fee to downloadthe plugin and sample pages (plus the montly hosting fee tohost Wordpress...argh!).
