As one of our polyurethane products, this system consists of a primer, two polyurethane-based two-component coatings, and an epoxy-based primer. With its improved elongation and resistance to abrasion, the ALSAN TRAFIK HP 500 ZERO system protects surfaces exposed to foot and car traffic while ensuring seamless waterproofing.

The Château Bellevue is a residential complex for seniors located near Québec City. With nearly 150 housing units, the complex offers its residents a multitude of services including a private indoor parking garage. An area totalling just over 11,000 ft² was covered with the ALSAN TRAFIK HP 500 ZERO system. Waterproofing of the parking deck was done quickly and efficiently despite complicated details, such as numerous pipes and columns.

HASSLE-FREE APPLICATION! The new 2-in-1 package eliminates the risk of incorrect dosage during the mix, compared to a traditional two-component system. Indeed, an ingenious insert in the bucket contains the curing catalyst to be mixed with the resin, which is directly in the bucket (below the plastic insert). In this way, the 2-in-1 package eliminates the risk of forgetting one of the components, while at the same time reducing handling on site.
