DARIO TIBALDI PIER LUIGI TIBALDI NICOLA TIBALDI
TibiBio, a family at work with passion
SONS, SHAREHOLDERS AND MANAGERS OF THE COMPANY
FATHER, CREATOR OF THE COMPANY AND ENTREPRENEUR
The idea behind the company comes from Pier Luigi, the father, who has 30 years of experience in the sector of injection molding for his first company, TibiPlast. In the last few years, he got more and more interested in biopolymers and started TibiBio, where his sons became fully involved…
TibiBio, a family at work with passion
Dario and Nicola developed skills which bring them to split the tasks (financial management, production, customer
relations, etc.). This approach allowed them to expand and take part to several commercial missions abroad.
• The process causes an amount of CO2 emissions which is equivalent to the amount stored in the vegetables through photosynthesis, therefore not increasing the concentration in the atmosphere (carbon neutral)
• Features: (a) trasparency, (b) brightness, (c) flexibility, (d) resistance to light, heat, water and humidity
• Uses are the same as for cotton, paper, glass, timber and silk. However, such materials need to be disposed adequately in order to ensure biodegradability in reasonable times
Polymers from cornstarch-based biomass
• Current use is limited by the economic conveniency of choosing conventional polymers
• As of today, biopolymers are used only for applications for which the market is sufficiently large and the environmental benefits or a short life time make the choice reasonable

Products for the horticultural market
BIO-‐CLIP FOR TOMATO PLANTS
• It supports the weight of the fruit, and does not hinder the flow of nutrients
• For horizontal and vertical development of plants;
• At the end of the production cycle of the plant, it turns into nutrients for the plant.
BIO-‐BRACE PER CLUSTERS
• It improves the flow of nutrient and irradiation to the fruit
• At the end of the production cycle of the plant, it turns into humus.
Products for viticultureHOOK SUPPORT FOR VINES
• Hooks are used to keep fixed distance (20/34/54 cm) between the support wires of the vineyards;
• At the end of the production cycle of the plant, it turns into nutrients.
Our products:
• Do not build up, reducing the use of resources to the strict requirements of production processes;
• Do not pollute: at the stage of degradation become humus and release the CO2 previously stored;
• Do not require disposal: they become fertilizer for the soil.
Energy for life
Our PRODUCTS WAY to realize them
Energy for life
Our PRODUCTS WAY to realize them
We use energy coming from renewable sources, for the production of our eco-‐friendly products:
• Geothermal energy for the cooling of machines and workplaces (“bando per la realizzazione di progetti di efficientamento energetico” fully funded by Regione Lombardia and UE);
• Energy produced by photovoltaic modules that cover the entire roof of the production facility.

EXPANSION ON THE INTERNATIONAL MARKETS
• More than 90% of the current global demand of polymers can be replaced by products based on renewable sources.
• By 2020, there will be a consistent use of biopolymers of vegetable origin derived from corn starch
• It is a fact that the awareness of the importance of environmental good practices is spreading across populations. Such measures are often supported by regulation.
