Let’s get started - the ales...BBC1 1.5%Brentwood Brewing Co - Essex BITTERAward Winning BBC2’s Little Brother! Light brown in colour, loads of fl avours bursting on the palate from the mix of Columbus, Chinook, Citra & Cascade hops. Ridiculously drinkable

Mary Jane 3.5%Ilkley Brewery - Ilkley, West Yorks. GOLDENMulti-award-winning pale ale packed with American hops. Intensely refreshing, with citrus aroma and balanced bitterness. Named for the character in the Yorkshire folk song On Ilkla Moor Baht’at. Hops: orthdown, Amarillo and Cascade (USA).

Awards: 2016 BBI Diploma. 2012 2 Stars Guild of Fine Food and Drink Great Taste award. 2012 CAMRA Gold Award. 2009 SIBA National Bronze award. 2009 SIBA Regional Gold Award.

Black Gold, Mild 3.8%Castle Rock Brewery - Nottingham. BLACKA well balanced award winning dark mild ale with some bitterness, full bodied, but not overly sweet. Delivering a light fresh taste to one of the more traditional of beer styles.

Awards: 2014 Champion Beer of Britain Bronze award. 2011 SIBA Bronze regional winner.

Bowland Gold 3.8% Bowland - Sawley, Lancashire GOLDENRefreshingly hoppy golden bitter fi lled with grapefruit fl avours and aromas. Hops: Chinook, Citra, Hallertau, Sterling. Malts: Light Crystal, Maris Otter, Rye, Wheat.

Awards: 2016 Silver for Standard Bitters and Pale Ales at the North West SIBA (Society of Independent Brewers) North West SIBA Awards. Drink Producer of the Year Award at the Lake District and Lancashire Life Food and Drink Awards 2016.

Fat Sprat 3.8%Adnams - Southwold, Suff olk PALE AMBERTh is ale can be found on tap in the bar.Catch it while you can!... brewed with a lovely citrus, grapefruit aroma with some spicy notes. On the palate, the citrus character of the hops shines through, balanced with a light biscuit fl avour and a crisp, dry fi nish. Brewed with Pale Ale malted barley, Munich, Cara and Black malt, with Columbus, English Goldings, Cascade and Chinook hops.

Hair of the Dog 3.9%Pennine - Bedale, North Yorkshire BLONDEA bright sparkling dark blonde beer with a delicate roasted caramel fl avour and a smooth, sweet refreshing aft ertaste.

Awards: 2016 SIBA Silver medal Cask Beers. Regional winner in the Standard Bitters and Pale Ales Category

Lager Brau 3.9%Potbelly - Kettering, Northants GOLDENGolden and refreshing! A beer brewed using Lager Malt, Lager Hops and a diff erent strain of yeast to give a genuine Lager taste without the gas!

Whistable Bay Pale Ale 3.9%Shepherd Neame - Faversham, Kent GOLDENTh is ale can be found on tap in the bar.A full bodied, fruity ale with a subtle bitterness and glorious grapefruit and pine aromas. Th e sweet maltiness balances perfectly with the fresh pine notes provided by the hops added late in the process, to off er a light-coloured, thirst-quenching ale.

Northern Light 4.0%Orkney Brewing Co - Quoyloo, Orkney GOLDEN A delicate hoppy pale ale, light and refreshing. Th is beer combines juicy pale malt character with a citrus and apricot hoppiness. Refreshing citrus fl avours dominate the palate, with hints of Brioche and fresh bread, giving way to a clean refreshing hoppy aft ertaste. Hops: Perle, Hersbrucker Saaz. Malts: Maris Otter, Crystal, Malted Wheat.

Awards: 2013 SIBA Bronze award.

Pint of Th rones 4.0%Robinsons - Stockport, Cheshire AMBER Th e King in the North arrives! A traditional amber ale, full blooded, reliable and down to earth with a warm heart of spicy cedar. Level headed and big hearted that always wins the day. Amber in colour with a clean zesty hop palate complimented by a full malt character.

Blossum 4.1%Charnwood - Loughborough, Leics GOLDEN A straw coloured beer with delicate peach and pear fl avours. Th is budding beauty will satisfy any thirst with its spicy, fruity, hoppy fi nish.

Awards: Castle Rock Beer of the Year Awards, ‘New Brewery of the Year 2015-16’ awarded in recognition of outstanding quality beers.

Roots & Fruits 4.1% Camerons - Hartlepool PALE/CLOUDYA straw coloured ale infused with blueberry and ginger. Th is unique beer has a distinctive blueberry taste fi nishing with a spicy aft ertaste thanks to the addition of root ginger. Hops: Galaxy, Stryian Goldings. Malts: Pale Ale.

Spring Sprinter 4.1%Fullers - London GOLDENTh is ale can be found on tap in the bar.Refreshing to the palate and bursting with zesty hop fl avours that pick out citrus and gooseberry. English malts provide the balance, with distinctive biscuity sweetness coming through. Brewed with

Nelson Sauvin hops harvested in New Zealand. It’s that touch of kiwi that gives rise to subtle citrus notes nicely balanced by English malts.

Worcester Sauce 4.3%St Georges - Malvern, Worcs. CHESTNUT Brewed using the fi nest English malt. A combination of English and American hops give a hoppy aroma and a strong bitter fi nish.

Medusa 4.6%Milton - Waterbeach, Cambs MILD Strong mild with cocoa, vanilla and fruitcake aromas which are backed by a satisfying yet subtle bitterness. Very drinkable.

Awards: 2015 Bronze Peterborough Beer Festival, Mild

Pale Four 4.6%Tring Brewery - Tring, Hertfordshire PALE Dry hopped for BIG fl avour and aroma. Hops, hops and more hops, although this is not just another one dimensional ‘lupin fest’. Cara, Munich and Rye Crystal malts provide a robust base for this punchy American West Coast IPA style beer.

Awards: Gold 2016 SIBA UK Champion. Gold 2015 SIBA East Region. Silver 2015 SIBA East Region.

Apricot Jungle 4.8% Graft on - Worksop, Nottingham AMBER Award Winning Ale made with the English Beata hops which gives this beer it’s unique apricot, honey and almond fl avours which then fi nishes with a pleasant bitterness on the palate.

Awards: 2015 SIBA National Gold Speciality Beer. 2015 Rail Ale Festival Bronze. 2014 SIBA Midland Region Gold Award. 2014 CAMRA Doncaster Beer Festival- Best Speciality Beer. 2013 SIBA Midland Region Silver Award.

Pilsnear 4.8% Roosters - Knaresboro, N. Yorkshire GOLDEN Th is pale ale isn’t quite a pilsner, but it’s been brewed with Noble hops from Germany and the Czech Republic, along with Pilsner and Munich malts, before being fermented at a low temperature.

Plum Porter 4.9%Titanic Brewery - Burslem on Trent DARK Dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum fl avouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!

Awards: 2015 Champion Beer of Britain Gold. CAMRA Beer of the Year Silver. North Norfolk Beer of the Festival Gold. 2014 CAMRA Gold. 2013 CAMRA gold. 2012 Castle Rock Beer of the year Gold. 2011 CAMRA Beer of the festival Gold.

Blonde Volupta 5.0%Aldershaw - Grantham, Lincs BLONDE ALETh is ale can be found on tap in the bar.Th is uniquely zesty straw-gold premium beer makes a huge impression. Packed with complexity and intense tropical fruit fl avours with a sweet yet refreshingly zesty taste – the recipe is a well guarded secret. Citra hops have been spotted at Oldershaw on brew days… but that’s all that’s known!

Awards: 2011 SIBA Bronze regional winner, Strong Bitters.

Saturnalia 5.3%Milton - Waterbeach, Cambs GOLDEN Saturnalia was fi rst brewed for Christmas 2011 and proved so popular it has been hard to replace. Crisply hoppy, with powerful tropical fruit fl avours and satisfyingly bitter fi nish.

Full Whack 6.0%Peerless - Birkenhead, Wirral AmberTh e clue is in the name! A rich, deep, golden strong ale. Th e high level of alcohol is complemented by increased bitterness and the fruity hop fi nish is derived from a combination of Fuggles, First Gold and Cascade hops. It’s name is derived from the days when sailors from Merseyside would demand full rations - a fi rm favourite.  

Awards: 2010 SIBA Silver, Great North Beer Festival Strong Cask Beer Category. Just selected for entry into the new guide ‘300 More Beers To Try Before You Die”.

the ciders...Apricot Dudda 4.0%Dudda’s Tun - Sittingbourne, Kent Medium Craft cider fermented from 100% fresh pressed Kentish apples, using wild yeasts unique to Pine Trees Farm, and no additional sugar. Golden in colour, the sweet sunshine fl avour of Apricot shines through in this cider. A gorgeous blend of apricot and apple, making it delicious and moreish with a sweet Apricot aroma.

Awards: 2014 Taste of Kent winner.

Cheery Old Dudda 4.0%Dudda’s Tun - Sittingbourne, Kent Medium From this award winning producer, this light berry coloured fruit cider, a sumptuous blend of cider and cherry, is the ultimate summer drink! Not too sweet, but full of fruity fl avours, it has a sweet cherry aroma.

Elderfl ower Gin & Tonic 4.0%Snails Bank - Herefordshire Medium/Dry Subtle apple aromas mixed with a delicate bitterness from the G&T and a fruity sweetness from the Elderfl ower. Perfect English Refreshment from this premium Herefordshire cider producer.

Lilley’s Strawberry 4.0%Lilley’s - Frome, Somerset Medium A sweet berry burst which sublimely compliments the refreshing bite of apple in this moreish juicy cider. Easy Drinking cider made with Strawberry Juice craft ed from this award winning producer.

Loubi Lou 4.0%Abrahalls - Bishops Frome, Hereford Medium Herefordshire cider liberally imparted with Pomegranate and Rose for the quintessential taste of Summer.

Pineapple and Pink Grapefruit 4.0%Snails Bank - Herefordshire Medium/Sweet Th e sweet tasty pineapple is balanced out by the tangy grapefruit. English cider with a tropical twist made in the heart of apple growing country from the best fruit that the locality has to off er.

Rhubarb 4.0% Snails Bank - Herefordshire Medium/Dry A real apple cider infused with tart rhubarb and blended with vanilla for a smooth session cider. Th is craft cider is produced without chemicals or additives, working with nature, not against it and, we think you’ll agree, the results speak for themselves.

Tutti Fruitti 4.0%Abrahalls - Bishops Frome, Hereford Medium/dry Authentic, quality Herefordshire cider produced from apples grown on the farm in Bishops Frome. Th is cider is liberally imparted with Cherry and Pineapple, resulting in a craft cider with a tropical twist.

Cornish Orchards Gold 4.5%Fullers - London Medium A creative blend of cider and dessert apples from the West Country impart this classic cider with body and crispness. Immensely refreshing and light with fruity apple tones and a long-dry fi nish.

Cracklin’ Rosie - Perry 4.5%Abrahalls - Bishops Frome, Hereford Medium 100% pressed pear juice, this still perry is light in colour with a very slight green hue and has a fi ne and delicate taste. Craft ed from this award winning Herefordshire producer.

Black Rat 6.0%Moles - Melksham, Wiltshire DryAward winning premium cider. Unpasteurised, maintaining the apple’s full fl avour, smooth with a crisp fi nish. A strong dry premium blend cider full of fl avour with a clean apple bite. Produced traditionally in a family cider farmhouse using a blend of locally grown Wiltshire apples.

Side R Fruitburst 6.0%Glebe Farm - Huntingdon, Cambs Medium Refreshing Cider made from apples grown in Cambridgeshire and fl avoured with Mixed Fruits - alike to alcoholic Vimto!

Side R Strawberry 6.0%Glebe Farm - Huntingdon, Cambs Medium/Sweet Refreshing Cider made from apples grown in Cambridgeshire fl avoured with Strawberry.

Old Conky Scrumpy 6.5%Sheppy’s - Somerset Medium/SweetA fi ne craft ed medium sweet Somerset cider, made with traditional cider apple varieties. Produced to honour 200yrs of cider making at Sheppy’s - one of the oldest premium craft cider making families in the world. Its name is a nod to the fi rst Duke of Wellington, who was sometimes known aff ectionately as Old Conky, thanks to his rather large nose.

Awards: 2016 Great Taste Award Gold Star. 2016 Royal Bath & West Show Gold Award. 2016 International Cider Challenge Silver medal winner.

Rum Cask 7.5%Millwhites - Hemel Hempstead, Herts MediumTh is Premium cider is craft ed from West Country cider apples and aged in barrels from Th e Jamaican Rum Company. Full of fruit fl avour with a subtle rum fi nish.

Awards: Champion Cider of East Anglia 2009. CAMRA Cider of the Festival.
