Trading House «Rimera»
Trading House “Rimera” was established in January, 2009.
The Trading House carries out integrated promotion of ALNAS and Izhneftemash products for oil&gas companies and auto components for domestic and foreign market.
TH Rimera aims at building long-term partnerships with customers, which includes establishment of joint work groups to identify current and future client needs, develop targeted proposals, contracts follow-ups and maintenance support.
ALNAS is one of the leading names in Russia in
manufacturing of ESP systems and auto components,
positioning as one of the key players on the ESP market.

ALNAS FOUNDRY
ALNAS foundry lines equipped by the state-of-art equipment from ABP Induction System, Germany, and DISA, Denmark.
At present 25 automotive components and 150 cast products for oil producing equipment have been mastered. Foundry manufacturability covers castings of 0.350 – 12.5 kg weight and 350 mm maximum diameter.
Sustained quality of castings is provided due to application of highly automated equipment and a robotized foundry complex. Application of the MagmaSoft software and preproduction modeling system provide ability to master casting of any complexity level within a short period of time.
New foundry equipment purchased in 2009, allowed removing chemical composition limits and improving quality of a casting surface due to reduction of porosity and gas content.
To meet the increasing needs of leading auto manufacturers in Russia, ALNAS carries out continuous modernization of its facilities and strives to increase output volumes of auto units and components, improving design and quality.

The castings are machined on the
robot-based EMAG and HESSAPP lines,
Germany.
Technology capabilities of the lines
are unlimited. Quick retooling allows to start
production of any complexity in a short term
assuring machining of extreme accuracy.
The machining complex offers high
quality finished products to the auto
manufacturers in Russia and abroad.

ALNAS STANDARD BRAKE DISCS
•Recommended by AutoVAZ for application as standard parts of the VAZ 2101-2108 brake system and their modifications.
• Features: high stability at critical loads, no vibration, noiseless, provide improved comfort and driving safety.
ALNAS VENTED BRAKE DISCS
•Suitable for application in cars of progressive speed characteristics under harsh city conditions at frequent speed change mode.
•The disc design provides enhanced cooling of the brake system elements that guarantees reliable braking under various conditions and increases system life time.
ALNAS-SPORT PERFORATED BRAKE
DISCS
•Developed for the auto sport events; applied at top speeds and under extreme weather conditions. •The enhanced heat exchange of the disc provides no overheating of the brake system components. •Due to perforation the pad wear debris is removed, giving extra stability to dimensional deformations
at temperature drops.

•The circular slotted brake discs of unique design. The large volume slots are directed towards the disc outside edge.
•The slots considerably increase factor of the brake pads friction against operating surface of a disc. •Application of slots provides better withdrawal of gases, dust, water and mud.

systems to their conveyors in the

ALNAS manufactures brake disc
castings and machining in a closed cycle.
The Quality control is carried out in the whole
manufacturing cycle.
The ALNAS express laboratory controls
parameters at all stages of the production
chain: from melting operation up to
metallographic examination.
The express laboratory carries out
incoming control of all materials. The quality
of incoming iron and conformance to
parameters of ready products are subject to
inspection.
The company’s products confirmed by certificates and permits to use, meet requirements of the
Russian quality standards.
