Names!!!When you are talking with nurses and facility staff, please make sure that you get the name of who you are talking with. We are required to record the names of staff that give us approvals and changes in prescriptions.
• We use the technology and pharmacy systems to help enhance and improve the care of our patients.
• QS1 and DocuTrack are our main platforms for keeping track of patients and medications. By having two systems, we have back-up if one fails or does not have all the functions we need.

Ask typists what can be printed for delivery
