DoTERRA Event Checklist This checklist is a guide on what to bring to an upcoming class/event. These items are optional and you can select item(s) that you would bring with you. Most of these can be ordered through www.myoilbusiness.com, www.aromatools.com, www.builddoterra.com and www.doterratools.com. My suggestion is you laminate sheets you plan to reuse and label items with your name and contact information. If you don’t want someone to walk away with a guide, label it “your company’s name” copy (i.e.: Sharon Holistic Living’s store copy) Be prepared to create your 1 minute introduction with your experience/your story. Think about setting up your goal(s) before the event, set a vision and make it happen. Checklist on what to bring to an event/class: Tear sheets about the topic you’re going to present Kit tear sheets or create your own kits in a word document IPC forms Order forms (Retail/Wholesale) A-Z guides Living Magazine Product guides Business cards Sign-up sheet (include name, email, newsletter sign-up box, interested in holding an event?, section on an ailment they would like more info. on) Empowerment kit – includes 20 - 5 ml bottles of wild orange, 20 Living magazines, 30 invites for $50 (no PV). Family Physician Event kit – includes 9 – 5 ml bottles of wild orange, 25 invitations, 10 hostess cards & introductory kit w/CD for $29.50 (no PV) Pens Modern Essentials book Hostess Gift Hostess Rewards Flyer for an upcoming event Power point presentation Bring your doTERRA products to share Kits and products available for people to purchase that day Diffuser Raffle/Prize Have incentives on hand If holding a DIY workshop, bring tools and ingredients
