    . ATTENTION

    1. Please READ the instructions carefully before using this product.2. Dont use it under the conditions of too cold or hot.3. Dont use it under the conditions of too humid or dusty.4. To avoid you and machine being damaged, dont install the unit on an unfixed bracket.5.

    To avoid short circuit, please ensure foreign objects are kept away from the machine.

    6. Dont hit or shock the machine.7. Please cut off the power before cleaning. Dont use caustic liquid when clean it.8. Please connect the polarity of the power and communication wire correctly.9. To avoid the destruction of the camera CCD, dont aim the camera lens directly at sunlight or other light

    objects.

    10. Please ensure that you observe the relevant electrical safety standards when connecting the wires, andconfirm the type of the power adapter, there are two specifications of AC24 and AC220 for this product.

    Please keep enough distance between the signal of RS-485 & video and high voltage resources, and

    anti-lightning, anti-mouse.

    11. You should cut off the power at once if there is a peculiar smell or smoking.12. When there is something wrong with machine, Please DO NOT dismantles the product by your self. This

    problem should be settled by the specialized engineer authorized by the manufacturer or retailer.

    . BRIEF RESUME

    This machine integrates multi protocols and available Baud rate. Perfect function design, mature technology,

    decoder inside, I2C memory & RS485 remote communication technology used, which make it the best choice in

    the area of CCTV.

    Technology features:

    1. The power supply uses switching power technology, which has high efficiency and a wide range of voltage,so it is applicable for the place of more Fluctuations in power grids in Monitoring Project.

    2. In order to improve the reliability of the dome camera, we mostly use chip components, optical isolationdevice, semiconductor devices.

    3. The signal of RS-485 & video use TVS technology, which can effectively avoid the damage caused bylightning, surge and so on.

    4. We use power chip drives in the control of the camera so that the maximum output current can be up to200mA.

    2) Address/protocol coding drawingAs shown in Figure3, there is a 6-bit and a 10-bit coding switch, which is used to set the protocol , the band rate

    and the address of the dome camera.

    2. Selection of the protocol of communicationAs shown in Figure3, U3 is used to set the protocol of communication and the band rate, the protocol is selected

    from DIP-4 to DIP-1. The chart of coding switches is as follows:

    4. DIP-5 and DIP-6 of U3 are used to set the band rate of communication, there are four different band ratescan be selected as follows:

    5. Setting of the address of machine1) Set the correct address before using the unit.2) The address code can be set by DIP-1 to DIP-10 of U4, the setting adopts the rule of the Binary 8421 code.

    DIP-10 stand for the highest digit, DIP-1 stand for the lowest digit, the biggest address code is 1023, 1means the state ON and 0means the state OFF, details as following:

    2) Setting of the Ending Resistor

    Connect the ending resistor to both ends of the RS-485 bus, and do not connect it in other nodes. There are three

    pins JP-1, as shown in figure 5. The standard of RS-485 bus requests the device be connected by the way of

    daisy chain, so you must connect the 120 resistor in terminal, as shown in figure 6.(notice: D stands for the

    maximum distance of 7 meters)

    ....FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

    1. the control of the lens1) The dome camera controls the zoom, focus, iris of the camera through the voltage. When the camera

    receives the command of tele and near, it outputs positive voltage, then, when the camera receives the

    command of wide and far, it outputs negative voltage. Conversely, please reverse connection.2) The output of the control voltage: +DC12V.

    1.Installation requirements:

    1) Electric power supply: You should select the suitable wire size and transmission distance, so that you canmeet your power requirements.

    2) Installation: for safety, please ensure the surface the camera is mounted is able to handle the total productweight.

    2.Installation size:

    1) Internal wall hanging installation

    3.Bracket installation

    1) Wall hanging bracket installation:The installation wall should be solid and not come off.

    Confirm the bracket is installed on a solid wall and not on the outer covering.

    If the protocol or band rate or dome address needs to be adjusted, please refer to Figure3 .

    Steps of installation:

    a) Select a suitable place on the solid wall, take the wall hanging bracket and draw a center place of fixedinstallation hole with pencil on surface.

    b) Drill 4 installation holes for the M8 metal bolts with a drill, then assemble the M8 bolt.(Figure 10)

    c) Fix the bracket on the wall with 4 M8 bolts and gaskets.

    2) Ceiling hanging bracket installation:a) Select a suitable place on a solid wall, take the ceiling hanging bracket and draw a center place for fixed

    installation hole with a pencil on the surface.(Figure11)

    b) Drill 4 installation holes for the M8 bolts using an electric drill, then assemble the M8 bolt.c) Fix the ceiling hanging bracket on the ceiling as shown Figure 12.

    4. The dome camera and bracket installation:

    a) Take out the dome from package

    b) Put the combination wire through the bracket

    c) Rotate the dome to the bracket according to the direction of arrow

    d) Fix the dome transparent cover through tightening bolt. (Figure13)

    5. Transparent dome cover installation:

    a) Aim the interface of transparent dome cover at the one of outer cover of the dome.

    b) Rotate the dome to the bracket according to the direction of arrow, till outer cover tallies with transparent

    dome cover (Figure14)

    6. Remove the locknut

    Before using the dome, please remove the locknut, which fix the dome so as to prevent it from shocking

    during transport.
