Welcome to Paylocity Payroll This Paylocity overview applies only to

salaried team members on Paylocity company #B9407.

A few notes before we begin….

• The new Paylocity company # is 34480.

• Paylocity’s Web Time system is where you will now manage your time and PTO.

• YOU NO LONGER WILL USE WEB PAY TO MANAGE YOUR PTO!!!!

• You do not need to enter your normal hours into Web Time.

• You do need to enter hours beyond your normal work (e.g. Visits, On-Call, Charge Nurse) into Web Time. The majority of what you will need to do can be accomplished on the Employee Timesheet.

• PTO must be requested through Web Time.

• It must be approved for it to be reflected in your records.

• You no longer need to record your PTO hours. They will be reflected once approved.

On the ESS page of the Paylocity portal….

• Hover over the Web Pay heading to reveal the link to Web Time.

• Click the link to go to Web Time.

What to do now…

• Add entries ONLY for any additional work performed (you do not need to track your regular workday!).

• Go to the date to be updated.

• Click the dropdown under PAY TYPE.

• Select the appropriate type.

• In the open box, enter the appropriate entry.

• SAVE.

• See the next two slides for screenshots.

How do I request PTO?

• Go to your WebTime Employee Dashboard. • Locate and click the HOME link.

• Expand the TIME OFF window (by clicking the arrow to the right of the heading). • Select the TYPE. • Select whether you are requesting a single day or multiple days in a row (in the same

week). • Select the DATE(s). • Skip the Start and End Time. • Enter the number of PTO HOURS you wish to use for each day. • Enter any notes you may want to add. • Hit SUBMIT REQUEST. • See the next to slides for screenshots.

I’ve submitted my PTO request, now what?

• Keep track of your PTO requests. Make sure they are approved in a timely manner!

• On your Dashboard in the TIME OFF section, click STATUS to view the status of your request.

• I don’t see my PTO request for this period on my timesheet. Now what? • Contact your manager, as your request has not been approved.
