1 PROJECT PROPOSAL OWERVIEV

1.1 Description of activities

In our company we are dealing with Emptying of cesspools

1.households:

• Emptying of septic tanks

• Pumping of sludge or small domestic wastewater treatment plant

2. Companies:

• cesspool sludge

• sludge from small sewage treatment plants

• sludge from oil and fat traps

• sludge from various settlers

• deposition of grit chambers, omissions, rain shafts

• sludge from wells and boreholes

• sludge from mobile toilets.

1.2 Problem definition:

• In my work I meet with many problems, especially with comunication, because we

get lots of information, calling, letters, photos…

• Every document must travel so fast that it can serve the needs of the client, because

of that is very important to use the technology that makes it possible.

• The most important thing is also the safety of documents. They must be accessible to

only those who work in the company and those who need them.

1.4 PROPOSED SOLUTION = GOOGLE DRIVE

• Google Drive is a web – based file hosting service that uses cloud storage to enable

users to store and share files and folders.

2 PROJECT PROGRESS

2.1 Short description of chosen solution

I was looking for a tool which could be realized by the proposed objectives. I found a

tool called Google Drive.

My project proposal solution is to find out if the Google Drive web service can solve

my problem with faster sharing documents, information, etc…with which I´m dealing in

my job.

2.2 Identified problems

- The biggest problem is the security of shared information

- allows sharing files and documents without any of risk abuse

- don´t share personal information of potential client

2.3 Identified advantages

- immediately obtained information on the order

- easy and user friendly procedure

- all the data is stored in one main folder on each computer

- added data is updated immediately

2.4 Future steps & outline of the final project report

The final project report will show the real life experiences of using Google Drive for my

work in our company.

But how will the technology work in the future can only be assumed.

2.5.1 Create and participate

Disk Drive Google can instantly create new documents, spreadsheets and presentations. At

the same time you can interact with others in creating a document and see the changes as soon

as they appear.

2.5.2 Powerful search

Google Drive allows quick access to your files. Find content by keyword and filter files by

file type, owner, and other properties. Google Drive can even recognize objects in your

pictures and text in scanned documents.

Directly in your browser, you can open more than 30 file types, including high resolution

video files and programs Illustrator and Photoshop, even if you are running the program

3 CONCLUSION

Result of my project is that web service Googledrive can solve my problem with faster

sharing documents with information with which I’m dealing it in my job. Googledrive is very

easily to use, off course there are also benefits and problems, but trying one by one service or

application will give me more comparison between them and give me and my collaborators

permanently solution to effective and more organized work.
