Condition No{i): Legal status of Forest land shall remain unchanged.

Condition No-(iii): Compensatory Afforestation shall be taken up by the State ForestDepartment over 7.7 682 Ha of degraded forest land identified in Paranga RF under AngulRange of Angul Forest Division at the cost of the user agency. As far as possible, a mixture oflocal indigenous species shall be planted using multi species, multi canopy intensive plantingtechnique and monoculture ofany species shall be avoided. A revised C,A. Scheme consisting ofindigenous species to result in a multi canopy forest may be submitted before stage-II approval.

In compliance to the above, Compensatory Afforestation Scheme has already been approved bycompetent authority with financial outlay ofRs 5,23,100.00.

Condition No-(iv): The cost a/Compensatory Afforestation at lhe prevailing wage rale as perCompensatory Afforestation scheme ond al the cosl of survey, demarcalion and ereclion ofpermanent pillars if required on the CA land sholl be deposited in advance wilh Forcsl Depafimenlby the project authorily. The CA will be msintained for I0 years. The scheme may includeappropriale provision for anticipated cost increase for works scheduled for subsequent years,

In compliance to the above, Rs. 5,23,1001 has been deposited in Ad-hoc CAMPA through

GgplpIlygsh,:tjgjD vide UTR Ref No-SBIN220346806895 dated 11.12.2020, which is enclosedat Annexure-Ill.

Condition No-(v): The State Government shall chorge the Net Present value(NPV) for 1.3841 haofforest area to be diverted under lhis proposal from the user agenc), as per the Order of Hon'bleSupreme Court oflndia dated30.10.2002,01.08.2003,28.03.2008,24,04.2008 and 09.05.2008 in IANo. 566 in lVrit Petition (Civil) no.202/1995 and as per the guidelines issued by Ministry virle itsletter No. 5-1/1999-FC (pt.II) dated 18.09.2003, as well as letter No. 5-2/2006/FC dated 03.10.2006and No..5-3/2007-FC dated 05.02.2009 in this regard.

ln compliance to the above, Rs. 8,66,4471 has been deposited in Ad-hoc CAMPA through

GgplpedyeC[.dSD vide UTR Ref No- SB1N220346806895 dated 11.12.2020, which is enclosedat Annexure-IVA. Undertaking to this effect is enclosed at Annexure-IV.

Condition No-(vi): Additional amount of the NPV of the diverted forest land, if any becomingdue after finalization ofthe same by the Hon'ble Supreme Courl of India on receipt of lhe reporlfrom the expert Commiltee, shall be charged b), the State Govt from lhe user agenclt. The useragency shall furnish an underlaking lo lhis effect.

Condition No-(viii): The user agency shall restrict the felling of trees to minimum number inthe diverted forest land and the trees shall be felled under strict supervision ofthe State ForestDepartment and the cost offelling oftrees shall be deposited by the user agency with State Forestdepartment.

Condition No-(ix): The complete compliance of the FRA,2006 shall be ensured by the way ofprescribed certificate from the concerned District Collector, The FRA Certificate in Form-II(for linear projects other than plantation) shall be submitted before Stage-Il approval.

Condition No-(x).' The User agency in consultation wilh lhe Slate Forest Departmenl shall preparea delailed scheme for Crealion and Maintenance of Planlotion of Dwarf Species (preferablymedicinal species) in Right of ll/ay under lhe lransmission line, and provide Funds for executionof lhe said scheme by Slale Forest Department.

In compliance to the above, Rs. 2,34,3191- has been deposited in Ad-hoc CAMPA through

G(dparivesh.nlg.in) vide UTR Ref No- SBIN42l01 1686503 dated 11.01.2021, which is enclosedat Annexure-IX.

Condition No-(xi).' The user agency at its cosl shall provide bird reflectors, which are to be Jixedon upper conductor ollransmission line at suitable intervals to avoid bird hils.

Condition No-(xii): The user agency shall comply wilh the guidelines for laying transmissionlines lhrough foresl areas issued by Minislry vide letter No. 7-25/2012-FC dated 05.05.2014 anrl19.11.2014

Condition No-(xiii).' The user agency shall obtain Environmenlal Clearance as per lhe provisionsof Environment (Prolection) Act, 1980, if applicable.

Condition No-(xiv).' The layout plan of the proposed forest land shall not be changed wilhout lheprior opproval o.f Cenlral Governmenl.

Condition No-(xx).' The period of diversion under this approval shall be co-terminus with theperiod of lease granled in favour of user agenc! or lhe project life, whichever is less.

Condition No-(xxi).' The forest land shall not be used for any purpose other lhan lhat specified inthe project proposal.

1. The sag and swing of the conductors are to be kept in view while working out theminimum clearance.

No sagging of transmission line is allowed. The user agency shall certify in the month olMarch ofevery year that sagging, ifany, has been corrected and further monthly reportwill be submitted by them till Novemtrer of each year in the forest area to the DFO, forhis reference.

The User agency shall be allowed to fell the Trees on strips for the tension stringing workand the natural regeneration will be allowed to come up. Felling/pollarding/pruning oftrees will be done with the permission of Iocal Divisional Forest Officer whenevernecessary to maintain the electrical clearance. One outer strip shall be left clear to permitmaintenance of Transmission line.

4. In the case of Transmission lines to be constructed is in hilly areas, where adequateclearance is already available, trees will not be cut.

One outer stripsha1l be left ciear to permit maintenance of Transmission line.
