DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS Report on Entrepreneurship Workshop Three days Entrepreneurship Workshop had started in Physics Department from 4 December 2018 to 6 December 2018. On the first day Dr Abhishek Kumar Misra welcomed Smt. Pratibha Gupta, Program Officer CITCON. During this workshop lectures was given by Sri Suprabhat Sheel and Mr. B.P. Dubey. They told students history and objectives of entrepreneurship by giving examples of Facebook, Google and Amazon like companies. On the final day of this program students visited Supreeme Industry Hathkhoj Bhilai. Students knew about making of naphthalene balls from waste material supplied from BSP Bhilai. Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to inform you that under the sponsorship of National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), Department of Science & Technology Ministry of Science & Technoiogy, Govt. of India, New Delhi. We are organizing Two weeks duration Faculty Development Programme (FDP) in the field of Entrepreneurship for the Faculty Members of Science & Technology Institutions, Management Institutions and persons from the Institution engaged in the field of Entrepreneurship. This programme is scheduled to be organized from 26.11.2019 to 09.12.2019 at DISHA College, Ram Nagar, Kota Marg, Raipur [C.G.]. There will not be any Registration Fee to participate in this FDP. Main objective of the FDP is to equip Faculty Members with Skills and Knowledge that are essential for inculcating entrepreneurial values in students and subsequently guiding and monitoring their progress towards entrepreneurial career.

During the said FDP inputs will be provided on process and practice of Entrepreneurship Development, Effective Communication Skills, Inter-Personal Skills, Achievement Motivation Training, Problem Solving, Creativity, inputs on Resource and Knowledge Industries. Training Methodology includes Case Studies, Group Discussions, Games Simulation Exercise, field Visits, apart from the Class Room Training.

We request your good-self to kindly nominate minimum Two Faculty Members/Professionals to participate in said FDP. Nomination Form for the registration of participants is being enclosed herewith. The intake capacity for FDP is 22 to 25 members on first come first serve basis. Thanking you,

service provider are:

To encourage students toparticipate intoprofessional development

2- To conduct self-assessment through different software and workshops.

3- Facilitate the real time working experience of undergraduate &

graduate students.

4- The host institution/university agrees to assist in the seeking of

appropriate supply of work space, library and technical facilities as

appropriate.

The financial implications of any project under taken shall be decided at 5- the time of project commencemen.

For conduct of different projects and related activity, as mutually agreed 6- in writing between the parties prior to commencement of this activity.

This agreement will take effect from the date of its signing and shall be

valid for an unlimited period from that date unless sooner terminated,

revoked or modified by mutual written agreement between the parties

and may be extended by mutual written agreement.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time during the

provision of three months by giving written notice to the other party.
