OUR BUSINESS DIVISIONS Projects Division The projects wing started operation from year 2003 and now it is carrying out Major Projects in Transmission & Distribution of Power all over India. Vijai Electricals Ltd. is among the top five Power Transformers manufacturing companies in India and is the World leader in Distribution Transformers.

Vijai Electricals Limited is having rich experience in the field of execution of turnkey projects. In the last one & half decade Vijai Electricals Ltd. has executed several projects of National repute. The company is also having international presence in the execution of EHV projects. The Project division delivers timely services by following best practices of Project Management, Quality and Safety standards.

Vijai Electricals Projects Division had been undertaking successful installation and Commissioning of 33 kV & 11 KV Distribution system under RGGVY, RAPDRP , ----�------------ DDUGJY and IPDS schemes of Govt. of India in states Like Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, MP. Maharashtra, Haryana Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh Tamilnadu & West Bengal . Many of these projects have been elosely monitored and executed under PGCIL and NTPC, who are our main customers.

Project Division is actively involved in the Rural and Urban electrification Projects with scope of work as follows:

GIS Cabling, 33/11 KV Lines and substations, EHV Substations, UG cabling, RSM works , BPL Connections.

These projects have been completed in well within time through close monitoring and Project Management.

Cable & Conductor Division: Roorkee Cable and conductor plant at Roorkee (Uttarakhand) has following product basket :

Vijai Electricals Ltd. has state of the art facility at Haridwar (Uttarakhand), spread over 40455 sq m area with factory floor area of 19856 sq m for the manufacturing and testing of various sizes Distribution Transformers. Product basket

Haridwar plant has successfully Designed 500 KVA and 315 KVA 11/0.433 KV, 3 Phase, Cu wound Transformer with BEE STAR 5 energy efficient transformers with CRGO core material. These Transformers have been successfully type tested, including for short circuit in BIS approved NABL lab at ERDA Vadodara.
