§  Quarries merged in 1980 to form Penrith Lakes Development Corporation – 1,935 ha – current shareholders being Boral (40%), Rinker (40%) and Hanson (20%).

§  1987 Deed of Agreement permits the extractive activities and requires basic remediation of landscape and lake formation.
