GENERAL INFORMATION TERMS AND CONDITIONSTOUR PRICE: Included in the cost of the Passover program are guest accommodations (commensurate to category selected), three Glatt Kosher meals daily and two Seders. All other special activities and programs that are provided by us or by the hotel are strictly optional and are attended at the discretion of the guest.CONFIRMATION: A $1,000 per person deposit is required to hold your reservation and can be made by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, check, wire transfer, or money order. All other payments are to be made by check, wire transfer or money order only. By sending in a deposit or payment, the client acknowledges that they have read and accepted the general information terms and conditions concerning our Passover programs.PAYMENT POLICY: Deposits are fully refundable until December 15, 2016 less a $250 processing fee per room. Final payment is due no later than February 9, 2017. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations between February 10, 2017 and February 24, 2017 will receive a 50% refund of total bill. There will be no refunds for any reason whatsoever for cancellations made after February 24, 2017 including for any missed days or missed meals during the Passover program. Please understand that the cancellation policy schedule and fees are neither arbitrary nor intended to be punitive.
