Addendum

• The Secretary-General of the United Nations has advised that he received on

26 June 196l a communication from the Government of the Federation of Nigeria informing him that it considers itself bound by the International Convention to Facilitate the Importation of Commercial Samples and Advertising Material, and assumes all obligations and responsibilities of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland arising from the application to the Federation of Nigeria of the Convention.

Therefore, the Convention is now in force for thirty-six governments.
