*IMPORTANT: Your roles and responsibilities as a Certified Instructor may depend on the expectations of your Learning Provider or Content Provider. Please reach out to your LP(s) and/or Content Provider(s) with questions about your specific responsibilities.

Accessing MTMYou must have an MTM login and password to access the Metrics That Matter system

1. Go to the MCT Registration Page:

2. Fill in all the required fields:

4. Email Address – this is where Metrics That Matter™ will send your token

5. MC ID – This will be checked against data in Microsoft to confirm your status of existing MCT or new MCT

3. Receive login information to the email you provided. This will likely be an instant email but could take up to 10 minutes.

4. Using the token provided to you in the email, activate your account within 24 hours.
