Research Centre in Physical Education

Central Library : Heart of our institution

The Department of Physical Education was started in the year of 1997 in Physical Education is one of the option-al subject. The department has emerged as one of the premier research centre of Physical Education in this rural region apart from that, the College has its own full-fledge Gymnasium facilities and spacious well nurtured play-ground. The College conducts courses in Gym Instructor & yoga. The department of sports depute teams of Sports persons of this College for participation in the inter-uni-versity and other national as well as international sports tournaments.

Library: Our College library has its own importance. It helps in widening the range of knowledge and information to teach-ers and students. Our college library has tried its level best to provide necessary material to all the components of the col-lege and looked afterthe quantitative & qualitative growth in library facilities. We are also connected to e-Library facilities with INFLIBNET N-List consortia. The library is fully computer-ized with bar-coding of books, Circulation, and library mem-bership cards. The library has purchased Library Software i.e. "Library Management System", developed by MIT Develop-ment, Aurangabad. According to the fifth law of library science "Library is Growing Organism" is also one of the goals of our library. Today we have more Textbooks, Reference books, dai-ly newspapers, and competitive magazines on various disci-plines, E-Books & periodical / journals and many other reading informative materials.persons of this College for participation in the inter-university and other national as well as interna-tional sports tournaments.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ADMISSION

1. Incomplete admission forms will not be accepted.

2. Full name (in capital letters) Birth date, Birth place, Nationality & Caste should be written exactly as mentioned in school leaving certificate.

3. As per rules seats are reserved for backward class students.

4. 5% seats are filled by the Management of the Institution.

5. Government Quota Reserved for Govt. Transfer Cases, Defense Personnel, Ex-Servicemen, from Competent Authority Freedom fighters etc with documentary evidence.

NOTE :1. The Principal reserves the right to make necessary changes in the details of admission procedure depending on the circumstances prevailing during the days of admission.

2. All Admissions in the first instance are provisional and liable to be cancelled if any irregularity is detected at a later stage. The Principal reserves the right of canceling the admission of any students at any time.

EXAMINATION RELATED INSTRUCTIONS :• Oral examinations are conducted for all languages in XI and XII (Arts and Science).

• Oral examinations are important as these marks are counted for final result of

• XI Exam and HSC Board Examination.

• Practical's are conducted in the subject of mathematics.

For the subject of Environment Education, Two Seminars or Four Journals will be of 40 marks. In addition to this, I and II Semesters projects are required to submit for 60 marks.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONSRevised Evaluation Pattern For XI Science(As per HSC Boards Circular No. SB/BR High Sec./Syllabus/4335/5283 dated 22/07/2011)

In order to be eligible for the further promotion in the subject of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The total marks obtained in the I Terminal and II Terminal theory examination should be 30. If the marks are less than 30 then student will be declared as FAIL.

In order to be eligible for the further promotion in the subject of Mathematics. The total marks obtained I Terminal and II Terminal theory examination should be 33. If the marks are less than 33 then student will be declared as FAIL.iii. In the remaining subjects average passing marks will be 35% of all the examinations.

Evaluation Pattern for XI ArtsMinimum average passing marks for passing in each subject of Arts is 35% aggregate of all the examinations except for the subject of Mathematics.

Admissions :1. All admission procedures and fee structure will be as per the guidelinesof the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar

Marathwada University, Aurangabad.

2. Admissions are provisional until all the necessary documents (like Original Mark sheets, attested copy of Mark sheets, Original Leaving Certificate, attested copy of Leaving Certificate, Eligibility and Transfer Certificates (wher-ever applicable) photographs etc. are submitted to the college office, verified and endorsed.

3. On securing admission every student shall obtain an Identity card and a Library Card. No student shall be permit-ted to enter the college premises without a valid Identity card. Every student shall daily wear his/her Identity Card while being present in the college premises.

4. Cancellation of admissions will be done as per the norms of the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. If no intimation regarding cancellation of admission is received by the Principal in writing till the beginning of the Second Term, the full fees for the Second Term will be charged.

General Instruction :For smooth conduct of academic and administrative activities, students and parents are requested to cooperate and follow the instructions/ rules and regulations of the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and the college which are as follows.

Attendance :

1. Students shall attend Lectures, Tutorials, Practicals, Seminars, Vivas, Presentations, Examinations as per the timetable of the college.

2. 75% attendance for theory classes and practical is compulsory.

3. Performance of students throughout the year will be monitored and if found necessary, will be reported to parents

Use of Unfair Means :A student found to have used Unfair Means in the examination will be dealt with as per the provisions laid down under Section 7 of the Maharashtra Act No. XXXI of 1992. The said Act empowers the Chief Conductor/Senior Supervisors at the Examination to report the offence committed by any student to the police, if necessary.

Code of Conduct :The conduct of students in the college shall be such that it will not interfere with the orderly administration and disci-pline in the college, or cause any disturbances to fellow students.Students are expected to come to the college decently attired. If a student's dress, in the opinion of the Principal and staff members, is indecent and is detrimental to the best interests of the college, appropriate disciplinary action may be taken against such a student.Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in and around the campus and is punishable under law as per the Supreme Court decision. Any official information related to college will be released to Media only with the prior information to the college authorities.Any external interference in college functioning and administration will not be permitted.Students are expected to take care of the college property and to help in keeping the premises clean. Damage to the property of the college e.g. spitting, disfiguring walls, doors, breaking furniture, fittings, and glasses is a breach of dis-cipline and will attract severe punishment.Matters not covered under the above mentioned instructions/rules and regulations shall rest with the discretion of the Principal.
