that the instructions for the toggle ring is not included in this pattern since it is a custom made ring by my bead fairy who tested the pattern. This pattern is

only started making jewelry around 2007 as a hobby. Lorraine

Instructions:
1. Use 1 head pin to string 1 natural white pearl and form
a wire wrapped loop. Repeat entire step 23 times for a
total of 24 natural white pearl dangles. Set aside.
2. Use 1 head pin to string 1 night blue 6mm pearl and
form a wire wrapped loop. Repeat entire step 5 times
for a total of 6 night blue 6mm dangles. Set aside.
3. Use 1 head pin to string 1 night blue 8mm pearl and
form a wire wrapped loop. Repeat entire step 3 times
for a total of 4 night blue 8mm dangles. Set aside.

Festival of Lights 4. Use 4" of 925 Sterling Silver wire to string 1 crimp tube
and the flat teardrop pendant. Pass back through the
tube, leaving a loop of wire large enough for the
pendant to move freely, and crimp. Cover the tube
with a crimp cover. Use the other end of the wire to
string 1 night blue 6mm pearl and 1 crimp tube. Pass
back through the tube, leaving about a 3mm loop of
wire, and crimp. Cover the tube with a crimp cover.
Set aside.
5. Use 4" of Dark Blue Lapis wire to string 1 crimp tube
and 1 leaf pendant. Pass back through the tube,
leaving a loop of wire large enough for the pendant
to move freely, and crimp. Cover the tube with a
crimp cover. Use the other end of the wire to string 1
night blue 6mm pearl and 1 crimp tube. Pass back
through the tube, leaving about a 3mm loop of wire,
and crimp. Cover the tube with a crimp cover. Set
aside. Repeat entire step 5 times for a total of 6 leaf
dangles.
6. Use 4" of White Quartz wire to string 1 crimp tube and 1
baroque drop. Pass back through the tube, leaving a
loop of wire large enough for the drop to move freely,
and crimp. Cover the tube with a crimp cover. Use
the other end of the wire to string 1 night blue 8mm
pearl and 1 crimp tube. Pass back through the tube,
leaving about a 3mm loop of wire, and crimp. Cover
the tube with a crimp cover. Set aside. Repeat entire
step 7 times for a total of 8 baroque dangles.
7. Cut 23" of Dark Blue Lapis wire. Place a Bead Stopper
on one end of the wire. Use the other end of the wire
to string {1 crystal bicone, 1 silver round, 1 crystal
bicone, 1 night blue 8mm dangle, 1 crystal bicone, 1
silver round, 1 crystal bicone, and 1 night blue 6mm
dangle} twice. String {1 crystal bicone, 1 silver round, 1
crystal bicone, 1 baroque dangle, 1 crystal bicone, 1
silver round, 1 crystal bicone, and 1 leaf dangle} four
times. String 1 crystal bicone, 1 silver round, 1 crystal

Place a Bead Stopper on the end of the wire.
8. Cut 23" of White Quartz wire. Place a Bead Stopper on
one end of the wire. Use the other end of the wire to
string {1 natural white dangle, 1 Montana bicone, 1
silver round, and 1 Montana bicone} 23 times. String 1
natural white dangle. Place a Bead Stopper on one
end of the wire.
9. Cut 23" of 925 Sterling Silver wire. Remove the Bead
Stoppers from one end each of the White Quartz and
Dark Blue Lapis wires.
10. Use all three wires to string 1 crimp tube. Place the
tube 2" from the wire ends and crimp. Cover the tube
with a crimp cover. Trim the tails of the White Quartz
and Dark Blue Lapis wires. Use the 925 Sterling Silver
wire to string 1 crimp tube and one half of the clasp.
Pass back through the tube and crimp. Cover the
tube with a crimp cover.

first dangle on the Dark Blue Lapis wire and string 1
light sapphire satin bicone. Pass the 925 Sterling
Silver wire through the first dangle on the White
Quartz wire and string 1 light sapphire satin
bicone. *Pass through the next dangle on the
Dark Blue Lapis wire and string 1 light sapphire
satin bicone. Pass through the next dangle on the
White Quartz wire and string 1 light sapphire satin
bicone. Repeat from * for the length of the
necklace. Finish by passing through the final
dangle on the Dark Blue Lapis wire.
12. Repeat Step 10 for the other end of the necklace,
using the other half of the clasp.

• 01 - 18 mm LunaSoft cabochon
In this tutorial we will be using even-count peyote
and the picot stitch.
If you aren’t familiar with even-count peyote, don’t worry,
I will show you step by step how to make the even-count
bezel for this pendant / ring my way :)

Chapter 1 | Making the bezel
Step 1 - Figure 1 String 38 x 11/0 SB, go through all the beads again and form a
circle. Come out of the second 11/0 SB you strung.
Step 2 - Figure 2 String on 1 x 11/0 SB, skip the next SB and go through the next SB.
Repeat this step for the rest of the round. Step up through the first
11/0 SB you strung and go 2 down so you will come out of a 11/0 SB
on the inside. See figure 2 for more clarity.
As you can see in figure 2 that you will get a zipper-like effect when
you complete your round.
Step 3 - Figure 3 Pick up 1 x 15/0 SB and go through the next 11/0 SB that sticks out.
Repeat this step for the rest of the round. Go through all the beads
you just added for a second time for strength.
Come out of a 11/0 SB that sticks out on the outside of your circle.
See figure 3 for more clarity.
Step 4 - Figure 4 Pick up 1 x 11/0 SB and go through the next 11/0 SB that sticks out.
Repeat this step for the rest of the round.
If you find it easier you can also put your LunaSoft cabochon in the
bezel at this point. See figure 4

Step 5 - Figure 5 and 6 Repeat step 4 for another two times. If you finished each round step
up through the first 11/0 SB you strung.
Step 6 - Figure 7 and 8
Pick up 1 x 15/0 SB and go through the next 11/0 SB that sticks out.
Keep repeating this step until you have strung the last bead. Step
up to the first 15/0 SB you added previously and continue the
peyote stitch with the 15/0 SB
Step 7 - Figure 9 When we’ve added the last round of 15/0 SB go through only the
15/0 SB’s you added in the last round. This way you will strengthen
the backside and it will sit more tightly.
Step 8 - Figure 10
We will now, without picking up a bead, going to go to a point to
where we will start the embellishing. Come out of the second 11/0
SB under 1 x 15/0 SB of step 3 and the 11/0 SB that sits beneath it.

Chapter 2 | Embellishing
Step 1 - Figure 11 Pick up 3 x 15/0 SB and go through the next 11/0 SB of the same
peyote row. Repeat this step for the rest of the round.
Come out of the second 15/0 SB you strung.
This is the picot stitch.
Step 2 - Figure 12 Pick up 1 x FP3 and go through the second 15/0 SB of
the second picot.
Repeat this step for the rest of the round. Come out of
the first FP3 you strung.

Step 3 - Figure 13 Pick up 1 x 11/0 SB and go through the next FP3. Repeat this step for
the rest of the round. Go through the same beads you just added
for a second time. Come out of the first 11/0 SB you strung.
Step 4 - Figure 14 Pick up 3 x 11/0 SB and go through the next 11/0 SB you added in
step 3. Repeat this step for the rest of the round.
NOTE: Do not go through these beads for a second time. It will be
harder to go through them later on in this pattern. We will also
strengthen this path later on.
Come out of the second 11/0 SB of the first picot you strung.

Step 5 - Figure 15 Pick up 1 x PB and go through the second 11/0 SB of the next picot.
Repeat this step for the rest of the round. Go through all the beads,
you just added, for a second time and come out of
the first PB you strung.
Step 6 - Figure 16 Pick up 1 x 11/0 SB and go through the next PB. Repeat this step for
the rest of the round. Go through all the beads, you just added, for
a second time. Come out of the first 11/0 SB you strung.
NOTE: Keep a tight tension in this step! You will notice that your work
will curl backwards!

Step 7 - Figure 17 Pick up 5 x 15/0 SB and go through the next 11/0 SB you added in
step 6. Repeat this step for the rest of the round.
Come out of the third 15/0 SB of the first bow you added in this step.
Step 8A - Figure 18 + 18A Pick up 5 x 15/0 SB and go through the second 11/0 SB you added
in step 4.
NOTE: If you have trouble coming through the 11/0 SB you can go
through the 11/0 SB, from front to back. Don’t pick up a bead and
go back, straight next to the 11/0 SB you went through, so you are
back on the front again.
Go back up through 2 x 15/0 SB of the row you just added.
Step 8B - Figure 18 + 18A Pick up 3 x 15/0 SB and go through the third 15/0 SB of step 7.
Repeat step 8A and 8B for the rest of the round. Come out of the
third 15/0 SB of the first row you added in step 8A.

NOTE: If you don’t like the beads to stick out this much you can also
alter it by going back up 3 x 15/0 SB instead of 2 x in step 8A.
And add two instead of three for step 8B. For the rest it will stay
the same but the beads you add in the next step will not be
sticking out that much! At the end of this pattern
you will find an example of this.
Step 9 - Figure 19 + 19A
Pick up 1 x 15/0 SB and go up through the 3 x 15/0 SB
you added step 8B.
(if you used the instructions of the note in the previous step:
Pick up 1 x 15/0 SB and go up through 2 x 15/0 SB you
added in step 8B)
Pick up 1 x 15/0 SB and go through 3 x 15/0 SB
you added in step 8A.
(if you used the instructions of the note in the previous step: Pick up

beads, you just added, for a second time. Come out of the first 15/0

Chapter 3 | Attaching the bail
Step 1 - Figure 20 I’ve rotated figure 20 so that the bail will show in the middle
of the diagram
Pick up 1 x 15/0 SB - 1 x lentil - 7 x 15/0 SB, go through the second
hole of the lentil, pick up 1 x 15/0 and go through the next 15/0 SB
on the same line of the 15/0 SB where you are coming out from.
Step 2 - Figure 21
Pick up 3 x 15/0 SB and go through the second 15/0 SB you added
in chapter 2 - step 9. Pick up 3 x 15/0 SB and go back through the
15/0 SB you started out from in chapter 3 - step 1.
Go through all the beads several times for strength. Then go back
into your work and weave back and forth untill your thread sits nice
and secure. Snip of your thread.
NOTE: As you notice in this diagram that the beads you added in
the previous step aren’t visible on the foreground. I did this so
I could show you how the beads and threadpath will lead behind
the beads you added in the previous step.

Step 3 - Figure 22 Last but not least: Attach your bail to the loop we made in step 1.
If it’s gone right, you just finished the Solana pendant!
In these next steps you can find the adjustments you need to make
if you want to change the pendant into a large statement ring!
Don’t worry it won’t take much to change it :)
Chapter 4 | Changing the pendant into a ring!
Step 1 - Picture 1 Adjustments of chapter 1:
Step 6 - We’ll be going further with the peyote, insert the ring with
the platform, and cover the backside of the platform (see picture).
As you can see, you will also skip a bead sometimes untill the ring sits
snug and tight.
NOTE: You can glue the cabochon onto the ring. This will ensure
that it will stay together. I chose not to do this as mine is very tight
and doesn’t move at all.

Step 2 - Picture 1 Adjustments in chapter 2:
Step 6 - Replace the size 11/0 SB for size 8/0 SB. This will ensure that
the ring won’t curl in as much as it does with the pendant.
Step 3 - Picture 2 Adjustmends in chapter 2:
Step 8 A and B - Follow the instructions below for
the adjustemnts of beads:
NOTE: If you don’t like the beads to stick out this much you can also
alter it by going back up 3 x 15/0 SB instead of 2 x in step 8A.
And add two instead of three for step 8B. For the rest it will stay the
same but the beads you add in the next step will not be sticking out
that much! At the end of this pattern you will find
an example of this.
Step 4 - Picture 2 Adjustments in chapter 2:
Step 9 - Replace the 15/0 SB for 11/0 SB.
Step 9 - Instead of adding a bead between the beads I added an
11/0 SB at the end of the row you added in chapter 2 - step 8A.
NOTE: go through the beads several times to ensure that the beads
are nice and secure.
This was the last adjustment we needed to make the pendant into
a ring! And with that to the end of this pattern.

TIP: Adjust the amount of the beads and rivoli’s to the
length and width of the bracelet. Look at the tip at the
bottom of this page to count out the beads that you need
for one component.

• Size 12 and 13 needle
• C-lon AA of Nymo D or B [or similar to it]
• 2 x clasp + jumprings
• 1 pair of earhooks
• Wax [threadheaven of beeswax is optional]
• Scissors
TIP! In each component 16 x 3 mm beads - 4 x rulla kralen -
1 x swarovski rivoli.
Keep in mind that you also need beads for in between the
components. Especially with the necklace you use extra
rulla and 3 mm beads. If you adjust the amount of
components of the main row of the necklace you need to
add an extra 11x8 glass pearl drop.
NB - I used seedbeads of Toho fort his tutorials. Sometimes
the beads of Toho and Miyuki can differ from size, if that is
the case, adjust the pattern as you see fit.

Making of a component
Step 1
Cut a thread length of ca. 1 arm length and pick up the
following beads:
3 x 11/0 - 1 x rulla - 3 x 11/0 - 1 x rulla - 3 x 11/0 - 1 x rulla - 3 x
11/0 - 1 x rulla
Go through all the beads again and come out of a 11/0 that
comes after a rulla.
See figure 1.
Step 2
Pick up 2 x 15/0, skip 1 x 11/0 and go through the next
11/0 - rulla - 11/0.
Repeat this step for the rest of the round and come out of the
first 15/0 you threaded on.

Step 3
Pick up 2 x 15/0 and go through the next 15/0.
Pick up 1 x 3 mm FP and go through the second hole of the
rulla.
Pick up 1 x 3 mm FP and go through the first 15/0.
Repeat this step for the rest of the round and come out of the
first 15/0 you threaded on.

Step 4
Pick up 1 x 11/0 and go through the next 15/0 and 3 mm FP.
Pick up 2 x 15/0 - 1 x 11/0 - 2 x 15/0.
Skip the rulla and go through the 3 mm FP and the first 15/0
that’s on top.
Repeat this step for the rest of the round and come out of a
11/0 that sits on the smal herringbone tower.

Step 5
We will now add the 12 mm rivoli (with the good side up) in this
step.
Pick up 2 x 11/0 - 2 x 15/0 - 2 x 11/0 and go through the 11/0
(indicated in dark red) that sits on the next herringbone tower.
Repeat this step for the rest of the round and come out of the
second 11/0 that comes after 1 x 15/0.
See figure 5.
Step 6
Go further, without picking up a bead, through the 11/0 - 2 x
15/0 - 2 x 11/0. Skip the beads that are indicated in dark red.
Keep a tight tension on your thread in this step and the next.
Repeat this step for the rest of the round.
Go through all the beads without picking up a bead to make
it more secure. Come out of the first 11/0 that comes
after 2 x 15/0.

Step 7
Pick up 1 x 15/0 and go through the next 11/0.
Go further through the 2 x 15/0 and 1 x 11/0.
You will skip the 11/0 beads that are indicated in dark red.
Repeat this step for the rest of the round and come out of a
15/0 (see figure 7).

Step 8 - adding the 3 mm firepolished beads
Switch from a size 12 needle to the size 13 needle.
Pick up 1 x 3 mm FP and go through the 11/0 from step 4
(indicated in dark red).
Pick up a 3 mm FP and go through the first 15/0 (indicated in
dark red) and the 15/0 next to it. See figure 8 for more clarity.
Go through all the beads again, without picking up a bead.

Now go to the second 15/0 and come out of that one (see
figure 8 for more clarity).
Repeat this step for the rest of the round and go to the
backside where you will come out of a 11/0 from step 1.
You can also look at figure 9 for more clarity.
Step 8 A - adding rulla’s instead of FP beads.
Switch from a size 12 needle to the size 13 needle.
TIP: Sometimes miyuki and toho differ in size, if there i to much
space between the rulla and the 15/0 you come out, add a
extra 15/0. You will get this sequence: 1 x 15/0 - 1 x rulla - 1 x
15/0.
Pick up 1 x rulla - 1 x 15/0 and go through the 11/0 that is
indicated in red.
Pick up again 1 x 15/0 and go through the second hole of the
rulla and then through the first 15/0 and the next 15/0 (they are
indicated in dark red). See figure 8A for more clarity.
Go with your thread and needle alone through the beads you
just added.
Come out of the second 15/0 (see figure 8).
Repeat this step for the rest of the round and go to the
backside where you will come out of a 11/0 from step 1.
You can also look at figure 9 for more clarity.

Step 9
Turn your component around so that your rivoli will point down!
Pick up 5 x 15/0 and go through the next middle 11/0
(indicated in dark red) from step 1.
Repeat this for the rest of the round and come out of the third
15/0 that you added in this step.
See figure 9.
* Tip: we are now working on the backside of the component!
Step 10
Go with your needle and thread, without picking up a bead,
through the next third 15/0 of the next row of 15/0’s.
See figure 10 for more clarity.
Repeat this for the rest of the round, do keep a tight tension on
your thread. The beads you just added should form an X.
Come out of the second 15/0 on the left. (see figure 10).

Step 11
Go with your needle and thread, without picking up a bead,
through the next second 15/0 of the next row of 15/0’s.
Go through the next 2 x 15/0 and go through the second 15/0
of the next row of 15/0’s.
This way you will get the beads together for more firmness and
to cover the back of the rivoli for protection.
Go further without picking up a beads and come out of a 3
mm FP of step 3.
We’ve finished our first component! Repeat steps 1 to 11. If you
are making the earrings, keep on the main thread to add the
beads. If you are making a necklace or bracelet, you can
finish of your thread back in the component, we will connect
the components for the necklace and bracelet
with new thread.
Make as many components as you need. If you want to make
a pair of earrings you will only need two components (look at
the what do you need section for the quantities).
You will need 8 or more components for the bracelet.
Although it may depend on the desired length of the bracelet.
For the necklace part you will need at least 11 or more
components. You can choose to add more components and
less length of part 2 of the necklace.

From component to earring: When you follow the next steps you will create a pair of
earrings with the component you just made.
Please note: In this description of making the earrings the rivoli
will always point downwards. You will work on the backside
and not on the front (where the rivoli is visible).
Step 1: Pick up 2 x 15/0 - 1x 11/0 - 2 x 15/0 and go through the next 3
mm FP. Pick up 3 x 15/0 and go through the next 15/0 (3 mm
FP is indicated in dark red).
Step 2: *In this step you can thread on your earhook or put in on later
when it’s finished.*
Pick up 2 x 15/0 - 1 x rulla - 7 x 15/0 and go through the second
hole of the rulla and pick up 2 x 15/0 and go through the next
3 mm FP.
Pick up 3 x 15/0 and go through the next 3 mm FP.

Step 4: Pick up 2 x 15/0 - 1 x rulla - 2 x 15/0 - 1 x drop - 1 x 15/0 and go
back with your needle through the drop.
Pick up 2 x 15/0 and go through the second hole of the rulla.
Again, pick up 2 x 15/0 and go through the next 3 mm FP.

The first earring is finished. Work your thread back in your
component or go through the beads you just added. Repeat
step 1 to 4 again for the second earring.
From component to bracelet: Before we begin: work your thread back into your components
and snip it off. We will use a new piece of thread for
connecting the components for the bracelet.
We are working on the backside! This means that the good
side of the rivoli is pointing downwards.
Step 1:
Come, with your thread, out of a 3 mm FP that sits on the right
side of the rulla.
Pick up 3 x 15/0 and go through the next 3 mm FP.
Pick up 2 x 15/0 - 1 x 11/0 - 2 x 15/0 and go through the next 3
mm FP.
Pick up 3 x 15/0 and go through the next 3 mm FP.

Step 2:

Repeat step 1 and 2 for all the components save for one.
When you are at the last component, just repeat step 1. See
figure 3.
We’re now making a loop where you can attach your clasp
on (step 4).
Step 4:
Pick up 2 x 15/0 - 1 x rulla - 4 x 15/0 - 1 x 11/- 4 x 15/0 - go back
through the second hole of the rulla - 2 x 15/0 and go through
the next 3 mm FP. If you need more beads for attaching your
clasp, just add them or change the loop to your own taste!

Step 5:
Pick up 3 x 15/0 and go through the next 3 mm FP.
Pick up 2 x 15/0 - 1 x 11/0 - 2 x 15/0 and go through the next 3
mm FP.
Pick up 3 x 15/0 and go through the next 3 mm FP.
Pick up 2 x 15/0 and go through the rulla that you added in the
last steps. Pick up 2 x 15/0 and go through the 3 mm FP of the
next component (it sits on the left side of the rulla).
Repeat this step for the rest of the bracelet until you come to
your last component and you come out of a 3 mm FP that sits
on the left side of the rulla. Here we will create the same loop
as we did in step 4.
Your bracelet is now finished and you can work your thread
back in the bracelet and snip it off!
Do you want to see figure 5 larger? I added an enlarged
version of this one at the end of the tutorial. If you want you
can print it out for your convenience.
Connecting the components for the necklace:
In this part of the tutorial we will make the first part of the
necklace. I used 11 components to make the example
necklace but you can add more components at your own
taste. I will follow the example in this description with 11
components.
You can choose later if you want to add more components or
not because we do add another separate part where we
don’t use components that we will attach to this part of
necklace.

Also you can lay out the necklace on your working surface
and measure it. In this way you can see if you need more
components to get the desired length.
Or that you will leave it like this and finish the necklace
with the description of the second part.
You will find that part after this one, connection the
components.
Please note: the rivoli will always point downwards. You will be
working on the backside and not on the front
(where the rivoli is visible).
NB: please take notice on the position of the component. We
will be beading against the clock unless said different.
Step 1: Snip of a length of thread that works for you.
You can also keep a longer endthread so you can use it later
as your main thread.
Go with your needle, from bottom to top, through a 3 mm FP
(dark red). See figure 1.
Pick up 3 x 15/0 and go through the next 3 mm FP.

We’re now finished with connecting the components,
Go further with the next step on making the second part of the
necklace. In this way you can easily adjust the length of the
necklace.
Making the necklace part:
This is the last part of the necklace, you connect this to the
other part that you just made. In order to complete the
necklace you need to follow the steps below twice.
Tip! It’s in my experience that it’s more easy
to make this part of the necklace separate
from the other part. Now you can adjust
if you made a mistake without going through it all over again.
NOTE: Please note: the rivoli will always point downwards.
You will be working on the backside and not on the front
(where the rivoli is visible).

Put two needles on the end of a new thread. Go with one of
the needles through the skipped rulla of the last component.

The pick up the following beads on each side:

Then pick up with your left needle 1 x 3 mm FP and cross with
your right needle through the 3 mm FP.
Your left needle becomes the right needle. Your right needle
becomes your left needle.
Step 2:
Pick up on each side 1 x 3 mm FP.
Pick up on your left needle 1 x 3 mm FP and cross with your right
needle through the 3 mm FP.

We’re now going to make a loop to attach your clasp. Note:
we’re going further with just one thread (left needle!)

Tip: if you don’t need an extra jumpring for attaching your
clasp, you can thread on your clasp at the same time as you
add the beads.
Pick up: 1 x 15/0 - 3 x 11/0 - 1 x 15/0 - 1 x rulla - 1 x 15/0 - 5 x 11/0
(change the amount of beads if it’s not enouch to attach your
clasp) - 1 x 15/0. Go through the second hole of the rulla (you
just created the your loop). Pick up 1 x 15/0 - 3 x 11/0 - 1 x 15/0
and then go from right to left through the 3 mm FP as shown in
figure 6.
Step 8:
Go back through the next beads without picking up a bead:
1 x 15/0 - 3 x 11/0 - 1 x 15/0 - 1 x rulla - 1 x 15/0 - 5 x 11/0 - 1 x 15/0
- 1 x rulla (2nd hole) - 1 x 15/0 - 3 x 11/0 - 1 x 15/0 - 1 x 3 mm FP - 1

11/0 - 1 x 15/0 - 1 x rulla -3 x 15/0 - 2nd hole of the rulla - 1 x 15/0.
Repeat the beginning of this step: Go now, still without picking
up a bead, through the middle 15/0 that sits on top of a rulla

Step 10:
Repeat step 9 until you come back to the rulla where you
started this part of the necklace (see step 1). Come out of the
15/0 before the rulla.

Finishing Your Earring:
Step 6. a. You should be exiting a “A” bottom hole.

b. In a counter clockwise direction, pass through the next to
existing 2 B’s. (or until you meet up with the tail string.)

c. At this point you can either tie a surgeon’s knot with your working
thread and tail, or you can just weave your thread back into your
Earring to secure your work. Cut both your working thread and tail.
d. If you haven’t added your earring finding to the loop you
stitched in Step 5 e., then you can put it on at this point by using a
flat needle nose pliers to open the hole of the earring finding. Slip
earring finding through the loop, and close the earring finding by
using the flat needle nose pliers.
Step 7. Repeat Steps 1 through Steps 6 for your other Earring.

Making the Large Middle Component:
Step 1. a. Before you start to string your beads, lay out 6 Triangle
beads so they are all facing the same way (See Figure 1). This
will make it easier when you are ready to string them.
NOTE: TL - Triangle Left Hole
TR - Triangle Right Hole
Step 2. You will need about 1 1/2 yards of thread. a. String the following beads: 1 B, 1 E, 3 A’s (TL), 1 E, 1 B, 1 E, 3 A’s
(TL), 1E,
1 B, 1 E, 3 A’s (TL) and 1 E. (Figure 2, Blue)
Step 3. Leave about a 4 inch tail. a. Make a circle by passing back through all the beads you
strung starting with the first “B” in Step 2 to secure your beads.

b. Tie a surgeon’s knot with your tail. If you don’t know how to tie

as you continue.

1 D, 1 B, 1 D, 1 B, 1 D, 1 A and 1 D (Figure 9, Blue)
c. Continue by passing through the next following existing beads:

Making the Sides of the Necklace:
Step 20. You will need about 1 1/2 yards of thread. See Step 1 how to set up the Triangles before you string them.

This is simple pattern that excellently fits for frienship bracelets. You
can match any colors you like. This file includes pattern detail
diagrams and requires intermediate - advanced knowledge in bead
crochet, it doesn’t show step by step how to bead crochet. YOU
CAN ADJUST YOUR OWN COLOR COMBINATIONS, this is only
suggestion.
Materials for a bracelet~17.5cm (6.9 inches) not including a clasp and extender Japanese Toho seed beads 11/0 or
Czech seed beads 10/0
• Cotton bead crocheting thread
• 3 crystals
• 2 bead end tip caps
• Clasp
• Extender chain
• Memory wire
• Pin to attach a crystal to the chain
• Crochet hook 1.0
!!! The same pattern can be used for a necklace. For the necklace
~50cm ( 19.7in) you need 14g of seed beads each color.

This is a diagram of beads for a section of pattern, crocheted it
makes about 5cm, for a necklace it is suggested to string this
diagram 38-43 times ( it is better if you string a bit more than less).
String the beads on a thread carefully following the diagram. Start
from the bottom and go up each line, start where the arrow points.
When you have repeated diagram 10 times start crocheting.
Circumference -8 beads (a circle consists of 8 beads)

1.Step String the beads according to the scheme ( can be used any other
scheme or for practising bead crocheting even one color beads).

It is suggested to string a little bit more than less.
2.Step After you finish stringing all the beads, do NOT cut the thread. You will
continue to use thread from the spool as you crochet. Remove the
twisted wire needle. Leave an 20-30cm (8-12-inch) tail,
and make a slip knot.
Slip the loop onto a crochet hook. Tighten the loop around
the shaft of the crochet hook.
3.Step Crochet a chain with 9 loops ( a loop more than given
circumference in the pattern because the first and the last loop
joined together will cover each other)

4.Step
Join the ends to form a ring by sliding the hook through the first loop
of the chain next to the tail.
5.Step
To start bead crocheting move the first 8 beads closer, it will help you
to make the first circle and be sure you haven’t miscounted loops.
6.Step
Slide one pre-strung bead down into position, near to the hook and
yarn over the front of the crochet hook.

bracelet or necklace.
NOTE! As the rope grows with each row it will become easier to hold it while
crocheting. Don’t get worried at the very beginning!

14.Step To finish bead crochet rope and make it look nice as the other end
crochet one more round without beads ( even if there are spare left)
Slide the hook under the bead, slide it to the lef, catch the yarn with
the hook and pull the thread through the two loops on the hook.
You must get this.
15.Step Pull the loop with the hook and cut 20-30cm (8-12-inch) tail, fix and
hide both ends with a help of needle. Prepare other materials for
finishing the bracelet.

cut it longer than you need.
With a help of pliers add a clasp.

19.Step
String the bead end tip cap and the crystal at the other end. Make
sure end caps are placed well onto bead crochet rope.
20.Step With a help of pliers form a loop of the memory wire at the end of the
bracelet for closing the clasp. Then don’t forget to string the
extender chain and wrap the end of the wire around
once/twice to finish.
21.Step Slide the last crystal on a pin and attach it to the end on the
extender chain, it will give finished look of the bracelet.

also figure skating, car races -drift (I am technician, yes I am blonde but

Work by peyote stitch between Superduo added to the previous step going on counter-clockwise and adding 1 pearl 4mm (B), 3 Superduo (D) and
repeat the sequence 8 times as shown, up to complete the path. Exit the bottom hole of the
second Superduo (D) added. Sequence: [1B, 3D] x 8 times
Step 10
Working clockwise, add 1 roc 11/0 (G), enter the next Superduo (E) added to step 8 and pass the
thread through the work up to exit the next Superduo (E); add again 1 roc 11/0 (G) and enter
the bottom hole of the next Superduo (D) added to step 9. Repeat the sequence up to complete the
path, as shown in the picture. Sequence: [1G, 1G] x 8 times

Starting 1 roc 11/0 (G) added to step 8, add 3 roc 15/0 (F) and enter from bottom to top the next roc 11/0 added to step 9; add 5 roc 15/0 (F) and enter from top to bottomo the next roc 11/0 (G) added to step 9; add again 3 roc 15/0 and enter the next
roc 11/0 (G) added to step 8. Repeat the sequence up to complete the path, as shown in the picture.
Sequence: [3F, 5F, 3F] x 8 times
Step 12
Pass the thread through roc 15/0 (F) added to step 11 and roc 11/0 (G) added to step 10, that is grey
rocailles, as shown and pull the thread.

next Superduo (D) added to step 9; add 1 Superduo (D) and enter the next pearl 4mm (B)
added to step 9. Insert another Superduo (D) and enter the top hole of the next Superduo (D) added to step 9 and add again 2 roc 15/0 (F) and enter
the central roc 15/0 (F) of the group of 5 roc 15/0 (F) added to step 11. Repeat the sequence 8 times, as
shown in the picture up to complete the path. Sequence: [2F, 1D, 1D, 2F] x 8 times

3 roc 15/0 (F) and enter the top hole of the next Superduo (D) dded to step 9; add 1 pearl 3mm (C)
and enter the top hole of the next Superduo (D) added to step 9 and repeat the sequence up to
complete the path as shown in the picture. Sequence: [3F, 3F, 1G] x 8 times
Step 15
Between 2 groups of 3 roc 15/0 (F) added to the previous step, add in this order 1 roc 15/0 (F), 1 roc
11/0 (G), 1 roc 15/0 (F) and pass the thread through the work. Repeat the sequence up to complete the
path as shown in the picture. Sequence: [1F, 1G, 1F] x 8 times

Step 16
Starting 1 pearl 3mm (C) add 9 roc 15/0 (F) and enter the bottom hole of underlying Superduo (D) (added to step 9) and exit the bottom hole of the next Superduo (D), add again 9 roc 15/0 (F) and
enter the pearl (C), as shown. Sequence: [9F, 9F] x 1 time
Step 17
Join the 2 sequences of seed beads 15/0 (F) added to step 16 following herringbone stitch, as
shown in the picture.
