Hotel de Sully - Marais, ParisNamed after the family who owned the mansion for more than a hundred years, the Hôtel de Sully has never been an actual hotel. Nowadays it is the home of the Centre des monuments nationaux, which is the government body in France that is charged with conserving and managing historic places that belong to the State. The Hôtel itself is on the list of these monuments. The two Renaissance courtyards of the mansion are popular among tourists.
