BOB STARK President & Chief Executive Officer Stark Enterprises was founded in 1978 by Bob Stark when he purchased a single-story retail location

in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, while completing his J.D. at Case Western Reserve University. This first

investment laid the groundwork for what would become Stark Enterprises. Bob is the creative force

of the company and the primary driver of the evolution of the projects created by the firm, from

strip centers to power centers to mixed-use “community cores.” He currently resides in Beachwood,

where he finds joy spending time with his children and grandchildren.

ARBOR CONSTRUCTION A full-service general contractor & construction manager, Arbor Construction has a portfolio of project experience ranging from civil/site construction, retail, multifamily, mixed-use, office, theatre, hospitality and more. Established in 1980, Arbor is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stark Enterprises. As its in-house construction arm, Arbors a pivotal part of Stark’s development team, from early conceptual design to budgeting, scheduling and construction management of all projects. Arbor is fully staffed with seasoned construction professionals covering all stages of the construction process including estimating, pre construction, project management and field supervision.

COMET MANAGEMENT Established in 1982, Comet Management Inc., the residential arm of Stark Enterprises in Cleveland, Ohio, specializes in multifamily property leasing and management that includes owned assets and assets owned by third party groups. The company owns and operates residential properties with several thousand units throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Texas and Los Angeles. Our portfolio consists of owner-developed and designed, market rate and workforce housing properties.
