Parent Teacher System was introduced with the objective of enhancing educational and

personal skills of the students. R.D.C.O.P. has introduced this scheme to have one to one interaction

with students. For a batch of about twenty students, a teacher is assigned the role of Parent teacher.

Parent teacher works as a friend, philosopher and guide for these students. He keeps the

daily information of every student's day-to-day activities and encourages the students to participate

in co -curricular & extracurricular activities . Teacher acts as a mentor to students and offers them

emotional and academic support along with motivation. Followings are examples of summary of

parent teacher meet.

1't parent teacher meeting was held on Friday, 30th Octobet 2020 on e-platform i. e. on

ZoomApp. Total 1l students were present for meeting. Meeting was started at 4'pm'

Following points were discussed during the meeting:

Agenda 1: Code of conduct to be followed during online classes'

Resolution: Students are guided regarding conduct of online classes such as avoidance of handling

of annotations during online classes, keeping their audios to be muted when lectures are going on

etc.

Agenda 2: Motivation towards studies

Students are motivated and informed regarding how to face objectives types of question, use of online

resources, journals and e-papers etc.

Agenda 3: Attendance issue discussed with students those having less attendance.

Resolution: I have asked tostudents regarding their absenteesm. Students informed that, they hail

from rural areas where a lot of Internet network connectivity issues are there that's why they are

facing the problerns associated with the e-classes.

After that I advised all students to follow the social distancing and maintain the proper

hygiene. Meeting was concluded with vote of thanks to all student members.

Meeting started with a welcome

All the students were informed to unmute their video for a Photo snap. Later had interaction with

students regarding the present status of the CORONA PANDEMIC in their surrounding and the

precautions taken.

Following issues were discussed

1. Attendance and regularity to online classes

Review of the attendance and regularity to online classes was taken and appreciated the

regularity of the students wherever satisfactory and expressed concern where the attendance was

poor due to connectivity reasons and

Further instructed students to remain regular and improve their attendance and have proper

internet access for better internet connectivity.

2: Review of Syllabus comPletion

Subject wise review of the syllabus completion was taken and students expressed satisfaction

and reported completion of 80% syllabus.

3: Participation in Online Practical sessions

Review of practical sessions and completion status was taken and most of the students attendedthe session and expressed satisfaction about the sessions conducted. Due to interrupted internetconnectivity very few students could not attend the sessions completely.

4. Review of performance in Exar4s

A review of performance of students in the recently conducted internal examinations was taken andstudents expressed that they have performed well in the examinations however, Mr Deepak expressed thathe experienced difficulty in submission of Pharmacognosy answer paper.

The efforts of students was appreciated

5. Review of Submission of assignment etc

A review of the submission of assignment was taken and students informed that they have followed theinstructions and submitted within due date. There wis no discrepancy related to submission.

6. Review of Fees paid and outstanding

A review of the fees paid and fees outstanding from every student was taken and all of themreported that they have paid the fees as per the schedule.

Further all the students were asked for issues if any to be addressed related to their curricular andrelated activities.

As there were no issues from the student the meeting was concluded with the greetings for Divalicelebration with due care.
